there has been consistent construction in the building for months now during regular business hours. Multiple floors of this building are designated for offices and school use, and the unwillingness of management to ensure loud activities occur solely outside of peak hours is extremely disappointing. I am not the proprietor of my business, so I cannot choose to leave. I find it shocking that little to nothing has been said about this via company communications, and expect a significant discount should be offered to any patrons who still (for whatever reason) choose to stay. There are also several vacant offices, it doesn't seem the management is able to fairly allocate space to reduce congestion.

Service was excellent, and the facilities are quite nice. My only suggestion would be that you consider having a separate room with a door for the blender. Having several people create smoothies in the public space was a bit disturbing from time to time. But overall, an impressive experience.

Favorite coworking space in Philly! Beautiful design, great staff, and lovely members.

Bond Collective now requires a minimum of two staff paid hourly by the conference room user for rentals after 5pm with more than 5 attendees. They consider this an "event". As a organization with a volunteer board who must meet outside of regular business hours, this is untenable.
We are balancing the potential cost, and exploring moving to another coworking space.
We have made some attempt to work with management on a solution, so far without a positive result. We will try reaching out directly to management to find a more sensible solution than what has been offered so far.
Bond Collective gave us a free pass this once (5/19/26) for use of the conference room for 5 guests plus me.
Update based on Bond Collective response: I know those are the T&C, which you already know that I know. They seem excessive and unnecessary, and no good reason has been shared for their purpose. I'm happy to catch up via phone or in-person when you're in town, to perhaps understand better why you would provide thee terms for your tenants.
BTW, I do have good things to say about Bond Collective, but this conference room policy is just awful and tone deaf to your tenants.

Access to refreshments was clean and simple. Space was always clean, and instructions were well followed to keep the team working material available through the use of the conference room.
