A Professional Home in the Heart of FiDi
After searching extensively for the right office space in FiDi, I am so grateful I found Bond Collective. For the past year and a half, their 60 Broad Street location has been my second home. My clients love the warm, welcoming environment, and I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day in a clean, well-maintained space.
What truly sets Bond Collective apart is its team. Regardless of their role, everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make your experience a positive one. A special thank you to Ronnie, Miriam, Maria, and Israel, who consistently bring professionalism, kindness, and a genuine human touch that makes all the difference.
I've also enjoyed hosting events and workshops at the nearby 55 Broadway location. Having access to both spaces gives me the flexibility to choose from a variety of conference rooms and event spaces to best meet my needs.
If you're looking for a beautiful, professional workspace with an exceptional team that makes both you and your clients feel welcome, I highly recommend Bond Collective.

The host, I believe his name is Ronny, was great. He gave a nice little tour and checked on me and my colleague during the day. The kitchen was nicely stocked; the environment was aesthetically pleasing and nicely decorated.

Productive, Broad Perspective
I was in town visiting family and really optimized my productivity and broadened my professional perspective when I rented small office space at Bond Collective x 3 days. This is my 3rd trip back to Bond. The first 2 times were about 1 week each, in 2023, and 2024. Germaine was incredibly helpful this last time in June 2026. I even brought my dad to tour the place and we enjoyed our free coffees on the expansive roof deck.

Had a great experience at Bond Collective Center City, was here on a day pass. Emma was incredibly welcoming and very helpful. The space itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained, the kitchen being fully stocked with snacks and drinks is a bonus! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an office space. I will be returning.

Shockingly unpleasant new member experience so far
Not safe: multiple instances of personal property stolen/common spaces damaged with little to no response from complaints to management. Lack of adequate storage facilities for members. The facility is often left dirty, pests (flies, roaches etc.) regularly sighted in spaces and on furniture. Overcrowded with messy, inebriated strangers and deafening music during events held next door/on the roof.

Very vibrant, energetic space made better by lovely members and staff, who are incredibly supportive and helpful. I won a free day pass to Bond Collective at an event and finally got a chance to use it. I’m really glad I did.
Scott and Sadie were incredibly welcoming when I arrived, and Scott gave me a quick tour of the space. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and has built great relationships with the members there.
I visited on a Friday and they were baking fresh cookies for everyone, which was such a fun touch. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a good mix of areas to focus and connect with others throughout the day.
Working somewhere other than home was a nice change of pace, and I definitely felt more productive. I’ll absolutely be back on my next work-from-home day.

Our coffee is delicious & sometimes goes too quickly. We have spoken with our on-site team to ensure additional coffee is freshly brewed & on the ready before the dispensers by the coffee bars become empty. Sometimes, there will be a short delay but we'll do our best to ensure that doesn't happen.
Please rest assured knowing that we are & have been pushing Building Management as hard as we can to address the construction noises & other maintenance issues we have experienced.
