The FiDi location was clean, beautiful & quiet. I've checked out co-working all over NYC and this spot is a hidden gem! A $45/day rate is a steal, too.

It was fine, but if I owned the company, I'd make it more stimulating. Feels too quiet. People come to get work done but also to have connections and new ideas that they wouldn't get at home.

Bond is such a productive place to work. Its a company rooted in hospitality, so they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and engaged in culture. The staff are stand out some of the best people I've worked with.

One honorable mention is Miriam. She's the star of Bond. Incredibly kind, generous with her time, speedy in her responses, and open to engage in friendly discussion.

Give it a try if you're looking for a place to work that has community perks!

The Greenpoint location is a great place to work. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a professional but welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to stay productive.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout to Marcus, who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. His positive attitude and professionalism really stand out.

Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a coworking space in Brooklyn.

Great atmosphere and amazing people at the front desk! I usually use the common areas, and they are very comfortable, clean, organized, and spacious enough for both group work and individual calls.
I first started at their Carroll Gardens location, and after it closed, I used the Dumbo location. Now I’m at the Financial District location at 55 Broadway, and honestly, all of them have been great. I highly recommend Bond Collective!

I’m genuinely very happy having my office at Bond. The location is one of the best parts — close enough to downtown to make meetings, conferences, lunches with friends or clients super convenient, but without the chaos of actually being downtown.

A lot of the time I can just leave my truck parked, grab a Lime, and be wherever I need to be in a few minutes.

The staff is always attentive, and Scott in particular is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone who works here is respectful and makes the space feel welcoming.

My only complaint is that somehow the Reese’s always disappear first from the chocolate bowls… hahaha.

For the price and everything you get in return, I honestly think the value is phenomenal. Very happy to be here.

Absolutely love having our offices here! The team, headed by Ronald and supported by Miriam and Christian, is absolutely amazing. Shout out to Maria for always keeping the place spotless while nourishing us!

My company works out of the 60 Broad location and I am very happy with the workspace. It's welcoming, always spotless, and fully stocked. The staff has everything figured out!

Beautiful space with a blend of open coworking and phone booths that made it easy to take calls. Jermaine at the Bushwick location was particularly helpful in getting me set up and accommodating me during my visits.

This coworking space truly focuses on the membership experience! There is always something during the month for members. I enjoy coming here. The staff is always attentive.

Our team started working out of Bond last week. Location's great and the space itself is super nice. The GM, Jermaine went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

Jermaine, the associate who helped me today, was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I’m only in town for a couple of days and needed a quiet, comfortable, and reliable place where I could settle in and get some work done. This ended up being exactly what I was looking for.

The facilities are fantastic clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for people who actually need to be productive. There are plenty of amenities, and the overall environment feels professional without being stuffy. It was easy to find a quiet place to focus, and everything I needed was readily available.

I’ve worked out of quite a few co-working spaces while traveling, including several that charge considerably more, and honestly, many of them offer far fewer amenities and nowhere near the same level of service. The value here is excellent, and Jermaine really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I would absolutely come back anytime I’m in town and would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a comfortable, professional, and affordable place to work. Great experience all around. 10 out of 10.

Bond Collective East Austin is the most posh office setup I've seen in years. The customer service is amazing as well. Scott goes put of his way to make sure everyone is taken care of. The food, snacks, coffee, camaraderie and parties make this a great place to work.

Absolutely love it. Great energy, quality people and amenities, pleasant place to spend your day.

Security guard was unable to find our booking in the system, and no one was reachable by phone, so we couldn’t get into the room until 15min through our 1 hour reservation.
The facilities/setup were nice, but the A/C had been turned off and it was incredibly hot.

Edit: I did reach out directly, but I got an AI phone operator, and then an email from customer service saying they would look into what happened—and your reply here is the first I’ve heard since.

We are tenants in the building and needed to use the Nassau Conference Room on the 4th floor yesterday. Unfortunately, my group experienced technical difficulties with the room, and there was no one available to assist. As a result, we were unable to use the video monitor for our presentation. Whoever is responsible for the space should be available to provide support when issues arise.
