Great product and top-notch Customer Service!
This product works! Also, I had the best customer service experience from Bollsen. My earplugs initially did not fit well. When I reached out, Tom helped me by explaining the process and how they could resolve the problem immediately with the custom earplug service. The process was clear and easy. Within a week, I got new custom earplugs, including additional custom earplugs to replace what I ordered. The earplugs fit my ears perfectly now. I wake up easily from noise. Now, I can sleep through the night without waking up. This is a great company that cares about its customers.

High time I wrote in to review these amazing ear plugs. I’m two years into a wonderful relationship that simply wouldn’t have happened without these ear plugs. Sounds strange I admit, but when I first met my new partner, everything about him seemed wonderful…except for his snoring! I knew, after a couple of long, terrible, sleepless nights, that I wasn’t going to be able to handle this long term. Just no way!! I tried a few ear plugs from the shops, that didn’t work. Then I researched and found Bollsen! As soon as I put them in, he stopped snoring! ‘Thats slightly annoying’ I thought, and took them out. No, he hadn’t stopped snoring, it was the ear plugs! I couldn’t believe it! They worked so well it’s as if he’s breathing normally! Two years later we are blissfully happy, and I sleep through the night like a baby! I genuinely don’t believe I could get through a night without my Bollsen ear plugs, and one night when I forgot them, I was reminded in no uncertain terms just how awful life would be without them! I’ve since recommended them to other similarly suffering women, and it’s probably fair to say that these earplugs have saved many a relationship! Certainly mine! Thank you Bollsen!!

Even though the product didn’t work for me this company went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and fully refunded immediately. Their professionalism and true kindness is such a rarity these days and I cannot say enough about how pleasant my experience with them had been. I am a return customer to Bollsen. I absolutely love my ear protection that I had previously purchased and wanted to buy another set. The first time I ordered I sent in pictures of my ears so they could send the correct size. I wanted to make sure I got the correct size so I emailed Bollsen. I dealt with Tom and every time I emailed him his response was almost immediate. He helped me order the correct ear protection and confirmed my order. Besides the greatest customer service in the world, the ear protection they sell is THE best. I use the ear protection regularly when I go to bed and they help me have a much better nights sleep.

Although the earplugs unfortunately didn't work for me to drown out my partner's snoring, likely because of my very small, narrow ear canals, the customer service team at BOLLSEN have been really fantastic in their handling of a refund which was processed promptly as per their money-back guarantee assurance advertised. Not only have they been incredibly responsive, friendly and very apologetic throughout the process, they first tried everything to help, such as custom-making me a second pair of earplugs for a small measuring fee. Though I'm disappointed that I still can't get a good night's sleep with my partner's snoring, I'm very impressed with BOLLSEN's brilliant customer service.

I ordered a set of ear plugs for sleeping, but discovered I don't get on with things in my ear at night and had a terrible sleep. I tried again, but nothing doing. I then contacted Bollsen asking about their refund policy and they immediately offered a refund with no hassle.
The customer service was exemplary - prompt, polite and no fuss - thanks Tom. Buy with the confidence that even though the product may not suit, the customer service is excellent.

The earplugs were not as good as described. They are a bit too wobbly and doesn't keep enough noice away. They came in a week after the purchase.

Horrible product! DOES NOT WORK. I purchased these because of loud neighbors. I tried it for 2 nights and can still CLEARY hear my neighbors. I asked for a refund and they ask you to buy a custom pair first. NO REFUNDS. WASTE OF MONEY.

I give Bollsen five stars for customer service. I wasn't happy with the earplugs and continued to have the fitted earplugs by sending photos of ears. Still not entirely happy and Tom was on the case straight away. A full refund was given within the day.

Great service and an even greater product.
I’ve used Bollsen ear plugs for many years after never finding a pair that not only work, but work all night while I sleep (side sleeper). I initially thought they might be another company with wild claims, but I’ve never been more wrong. They last much longer than the 100+ days and I only ever replace them they start to discolor (8+hours in an ear 365day a year)
Recently had some minor issues with their website and thankfully Tom in their customer service department couldn’t have been more helpful. Customer for life! I even bought extra pairs for family.

Incredible customer service
I ordered some of these for my 4-year old daughter after she had surgery for grommets. Whilst the ear plugs didn't work particularly well for her (she has dwarfism so her ears aren't as uniform as others), the customer service I got (particularly from Tom) was incredible. He was kind, patient, and extremely informative and really tried to help us find a solution. If I need these for any other reason, I wouldn't hesitate to order them. They came very sensibly packaged with a really helpful pot to hold them in - the pot has a keychain so it was great to keep safe in a swimming bag.

I came across amazing reviews for Bollsen earplugs online and decided to give them a try.
I ordered a medium size, but unfortunately, they felt a bit too big and caused some discomfort. I reached out to Bollsen for advice, and that’s when I experienced their outstanding customer service firsthand.
Their Team Leader, Tom, responded incredibly quickly with a warm and caring message. Not only did he offer to customize my earplugs for a better fit, but he also ensured that I only needed to pay for the customization, not an entirely new pair, a gesture I truly appreciated.
To my surprise, less than two hours after our conversation, Tom confirmed that my customized earplugs were ready. That level of efficiency is simply unbelievable!
Throughout our exchange, every message from Tom was personalized, professional, and genuinely caring, something you rarely see these days.

I ordered medium for our sprocker to help him with the fireworks. Despite 'careful' measuring the chart recommended a medium size. The defenders arrived quickly as I requested for the New Year fireworks. I didn't know they existed until looking online for advice after Christmas and had emailed a request for priority delivery. I had a reply almost straight away confirming the defenders had been dispatched...Brilliant service. Unfortunately the defenders were a little bit too large but despite that seemed to work well and we had an almost stress free night of fireworks. The advice on getting the dog used to them until he was comfortable worked like a dream. It helps I guess that he's a good dog and well used to different games and experiences . So, as they were too large I emailed customer service who advised on returning and ordering the smaller size which I followed and received the small size a few days after. They fit much better and are happy with them. I am so impressed with the product and the service provided. Tom, you are a credit to the company and your attitude and commitment to the customer is 5+ 🌟

Never got order or a response
Ordered several weeks ago, they never arrived. Contacted support, they never responded. Seems like a scam product.
Edit 30/12: They finally arrived after many weeks! No response from support though.
They fit really well in the ear and cancel out sound. But they are hard to sleep with and i woke up with some ear ache. Maybe you get used to them though.

Not the quality they used to be !!
I ordered these a year ago and the quality was fantastic- I ordered a second pair this month and have just received them. The quality is poor compared to the last set. It appears you have gone for cheaper material and they don’t work. The sound blocking is poor and I’m really disappointed in this product especially when the last set was completely different. The reason I re ordered was the earplugs were over a year old and were a bit discoloured. Shame you’ve cheapened your product wouldn’t buy again and now need to source another supplier
