Great for swimming
I am a keen swimmer and Bollsen Watersafe+ earplugs are by far the best I have tried. I have used them for two years now and have recommended them to fellow swimmers. They are all delighted with their performance. I strongly recommend these earplugs. I also find their customer service excellent. Tom from customer service quickly sorted an issue when I recently mistakenly ordered the wrong type of earplugs. He replied instantly to my email and my money was refunded straight away.

They sent me another one after the original went missing
Good earplugs. The silicone ring broke and therefore the aluminium container didn't shut down properly and the earplugs fell out of it. I sent them a message through customer service. They sent me a new pair of earplugs! Even though the original purchase was 2 months ago! Worth every penny.

Great to block out husbands snoring! I’ve been using these measured to fit…
I’ve been using these measured to fit ear plugs for years now and quite honestly it’s changed my life. My husband snores! I do too but without these earplugs I’d literally get no sleep! Or we’d be in separate rooms! I have very small ear canals and used to cut the foam earplugs to try to get them to fit. They were always uncomfortable and made my ears sore. I use the Bollsen AR KI TECH made to measure earplugs every night and they are so comfortable and block out even the loudest snores just leaving a more soothing low level sound :)
I would highly recommend these ear plugs to everyone for a good nights sleep 😴

I purchased the earplugs for swimming…but also use them for concerts
I purchased the earplugs for swimming and they work well. I also found myself at a concert and the sound was louder than expected. I was going to run out of the venue to search for those foam plugs but remembered I had the Bollsen plugs on my keychain so I used them. The noise reduction was just enough to feel comfortable. But also, since the concert wasn't that loud, very few, if anyone, was wearing hearing protection. So I was quite happy that these earplugs were discreet it wasn't obvious that I was wearing anything. I also used them for a Broadway show as well recently. It's good to always have a pair handy. I also have the bright orange foam ones but prefer these.

Bollsen Life+ - Life changing earplugs!
I've tried tried various earplugs over the years (foam, wax and silicon) with no benefit - poor sound reduction, uncomfortable. I bought the standard Bollsen earplugs but they didn't quite block out enough sound (tested with a YouTube loud snoring recording). I emailed and was advised to use the custom fitting service (an extra £12.00). I should have done this in the first place. They are perfect!! They fit really well, very comfortable and completely blocked out my friends loud snoring. As advertised, I could still hear my alarm in the morning. I had been thinking of booking a separate room (which I couldn't really afford) but no need.
During my next trip the problem was loud air conditioning. Not a problem any more! It may sound a bit melodramatic, but in terms of my confidence in getting a good nights sleep when travelling, these earplugs have been life changing. The customer service is excellent. I can't recommend these highly enough.

Waste of money and farcical medical claims
With their infounded medical claims, I bought these for motorcycle riding.
Just went for my first ride today, 9 miles from my house to Donington for the SBK practice day.
Wow is all I can say
For me what a waste of money and absolutely useless, considering their aforementioned medical claims.
My worst ever buy and a total waste of money.
Back to the trusted laser foam types for me.
Shocking product with fake claims.

Terrible earplugs - avoid
Some of the worst designed earplugs I have ever tried. This is coming from someone who has tried many off-the-shelf ear plug brands and these are easily one of the worst I have come across. Difficult to get in your ear, poor isolation, poor manufacturing quality. Looks like they were moulded and made in a cheap factory in China, don't waste your money on these.

I use these to cover noise as I live on a boat, so it drowns out annoying noise but I can still hear if any alarms go off. I lost one on holiday and the team at Bollsen were very helpful and supportive, very quick and friendly communication. I definitely sleep better with the earbuds and find the company very responsive.

Ordered the watersafe+ swim plugs. Unfortunately they kept falling out. Emailed Bollsen who advised me to use their AR-KI tool. Received new earplugs which were much better for the shape of my ears . Excellent customer service throughout the process

I bought Bollsen swimming ear plugs leading to a triathlon, which felt great but lost one whilst taking them out after the swim,
I emailed to see if they could just send one bud out to me ( offered to pay for it as not there fault).

Fab earplugs and great customer service - almost perfect
This is the second time I purchased from Bollsen, Their music pro earplugs are amazing. As my ears are quite small, I needed to use their AR KI TECH which is really, really good.
This company is so close to being perfect - if only they could organise their website a bit better so that I didn't order the wrong thing. However, their customer service is brilliant and I cannot fault them at all. They sorted out my problem quickly.
I will be back (when this new round of purchase runs out).

Initially dubious, ultimately impressed
I have been looking for re-usable, washable and comfortable ear plugs for sleeping (on my side) and scouring the internet. A lot of company’s claim to have achieved this but many reviews suggest they sell on junk that you can get for £2 elsewhere. So I was nervous this would be the case. The ear plugs are very thin so give the impression they won’t be able to block out much at all. In the first few days I found them very uncomfortable but the staff requested I persevere for 3 days to get them to fit to my ear canals. Again I was very skeptical but I did and then they worked better than my existing ones (and are reusable). Also, of note I found it difficult to put them in so they didn’t hurt, there is a technique to it and when you get them in correctly they are comfortable all night, if I get it wrong I can have a sore ear for a couple of days! I have had to sleep on my back for the last little while and this has actually not worked as well, I think sleeping on your back means they are more inclined not to have such a snug fit and then you can hear everything. Overall I have been impressed.
