As a family of gig goers and side sleeper I ordered suitable earplugs, it’s been a few years since I ordered, so had to rejoin. They came swiftly, however they made my ear sore. I presumed it was that the bit you pull to remove and fit was different, got in touch by email and advised of my problem, (I also have tinnitus now) they suggested I have my ears measured, photographed my ears and emailed across to Bollen, acknowledged receipt, 2 days later new ones but smaller arrived. My ears had changed! (Who’d have guessed!- after all like your nose they grow all your life, but the canal in my case is narrower) Brilliant new ones are pain free.and work. Personally I liked the old pull, easier to grip,but I am one in thousands! Very Happy Customer 👏🏻👏🏻

I’m 68 years old and finally learned…
I’m 68 years old and finally learned how to swim last year. I don’t like getting water in my ears and had swimmers ear a few times. My friend recommended the Bollsen Swim Earplugs. We ordered the headphones for our dog…
We ordered the headphones for our dog who is terrified of fireworks. As soon as he put them on he went to sleep and started snoring, despite the fact it was like the blitz outside. It makes a massive difference to him at this time of year. Wish we’d known about these years ago.

Better night's sleep and helpful measurement service
The earplugs help me get a much better night's sleep because I am no longer kept awake by snoring or my cat asking for breakfast at 4am! I can still hear sounds but they are quieter and so don't disturb me, and I can hear my alarm in the mornings. The standards ones were a bit uncomfy but the Bollsen Arkitech team were helpful when I was trying to work out how to add measurement to my next order. My new earplugs are smaller and are comfortable.

Although the model I purchased appeared ergonomic, in reality, the device kept falling out of my ears, didn’t stay securely in place, and, most importantly, failed to block even minor noise. This model lets sound through completely and does not help with sleep.

I heard about these from a Google…
I heard about these from a Google search as we have horrible noisy neighbours who bang doors for fun i think. Anyway I was desperate for a full night's sleep so I ordered some. And I can honestly say how pleased I am. They came super quick, they last a long time (not forever but there's reasons why) they mould to your ear after a few wears, they are soft so brilliant for side sleepers but even better I can still hear my alarm. Last night I got to sleep no problem even with all the fireworks going on. The only negative is they do come out sometimes so if they come out before the neighbours have finished banging their doors I still get woken.

Brilliant earplugs for swimming and excellent customer service
I had tried many ear plugs for swimming - in pool and sea- over years and none were waterproof- I was about to give up when I came across Bollsen and decided to get my ears measured and give them a try- I have had 2 pairs for at least a year and they are simply brilliant- they are waterproof and I have no problems with my ears which I had previously. Recently when I wanted to order more Tom responded to my email and refunded me for the measurement for my original order- what a lovely gesture- a brilliant company- I highly recommend thank you. Honestly I was disappointed
Honestly I was disappointed. I purchased ones for sleeping that were also good for swimming. The customer service was great at responding and ensuring I get the right pair.
I paid extra for the fitting but unfortunately one of the buds fell out during my open water swim.
I got in touch hoping they would offer free replacement as I’d seen them do for so many others who left positive reviews but that wasn’t the case for me. I did get a discount of 30% and the AR KI sizing for free. Honestly I have just been too afraid to use them because it’s not cheap. I had reverted back to an old cheaper pair I got from Amazon - realised I had been wearing them wrong and once I got it right they have stayed in place and done the job.
Overall I’m not convinced these are worth the money.

The best ear plugs ive used. Due to having dry ears I do wet them with my finger and water to get them in the right position. Once in they are amazing. I love them and have told others about them too x

I am very pleased with my earplugs, I have used various earplugs over the years for showering and have found that they let water in or fall out. My Bollsen plugs are very comfortable, are easy to fit and remove and most importantly, don’t let the water in! Brilliant!
