This sofa was purchased in end of November and I received it in December, meaning I’ve had it for a total of five months(I do not even use it daily but mostly on the weekends just me and my partner) yet the very expensive fabric is crumpling and the cushions are falling in and sliding out making it uncomfortable) I’ve had better quality sofas for 500€ that lasted me years… they are not respecting the 10 year warranty claiming this is normal wear and tear and I ask how.. I’ve used this sofa approx 12 times.. what would it be if I used it daily.. (every reply takes weeks from customer service) and they do not take and responsibility. Do not buy from them.

Excellent and personal service. As a customer I had many questions and the sales person took time to answer and helped me to find what was right for me.
Delivery time was indicated as 2-3 working days. Three working days after, the shipment was not even sent yet. Please, either keep your promises or don’t promise. Disgrace for the good quality brand.

The service was perfect, nyt The payment machines are not god. It took about 2-3 weeks before the payment was complete.
I asked for an order to be delivered after a specific date, and got no reply! I then went to the Basel shop to ask for the same, and they said that theoretically it is possible to deliver later, but they could not help me as the order was made on-line. I am lost!!!

I had to go to the store 3 times to get a gift Voucher - the first time the payment terminal didn't work so they suggested to send a link to my e-mail and I could pay from home. Once I payed (almost 500€), I went back to the store to have a nice voucher for the girft and they couldn't print the voucher for me, as they said the PDF was created when paying. Then, after spending more than half an hour in the store to try to figure out how to solve this, they suggested to return the voucher and I had to buy a new voucher (without having the other reimbursed yet). Once I payed for the second one, we spent more than 40 minutes because there was a problem with the internet connexion and then printer, and they couldn't print it out. I spent a huge amount of time with an easy transaction that should have been 10 minutes maximum. Quite disappointed

The service in the shop was extra-ordinary great. Zoe helped to find the couch which will fit perfectly with my existing furniture. She visualized the different possible setup with me in the shop to ensure I feel fully confident with the forms, colors and materials. The atmosphere in the shop makes everyone welcome.
After I decided to buy the furniture I got an updated offer directly sent to my Bolia online account - which I really liked. This is a great example how offline & online shopping should be.

The after sales experience is terrible. Deliveries and assembly outsourced to very cheap and unprofessional delivery companies. So, it’s feels like you buy a furniture from Bolia and a delivery experience from IKEA (actually worse than IKEA) ….
It’s a bad way for Bolia to outsource this part as it’s the last impression I get from my Bolia experience and it’s a bad experience.
