I have yet received nothing

I have yet received nothing, the client service is not responding my mail that I have sent they said they will respond berweeen 12 days… actually it was a fast little order nothing complicated and it seems like it come from Australia or I don’t know… this is not normal that I have to run after to have informations.

Beautiful spaces

The showrooms showcase the furniture exceptionally and are warm and inviting spaces. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful when required but equally give you the space to contemplate potential purchases.

Amazing shopping experience

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a sofa via their stores in paris when the store told us their customer service in denmark was unreliable. Order delivery date was missed. Neither customer service nor store can determine where sofa is. If it was manufactures or even sent. To this day we spent over 5000 euros and have nothing to show for it but promises and a rediculous pathetic offer of 50 euros. The store blames their own customer service and none of them provide any information or solutions. An absolutely terrible experience which probably will result in a terrible sofa as well. Hard to have any faith in this company at all.

This sofa was purchased in end of…

This sofa was purchased in end of November and I received it in December, meaning I’ve had it for a total of five months(I do not even use it daily but mostly on the weekends just me and my partner) yet the very expensive fabric is crumpling and the cushions are falling in and sliding out making it uncomfortable) I’ve had better quality sofas for 500€ that lasted me years… they are not respecting the 10 year warranty claiming this is normal wear and tear and I ask how.. I’ve used this sofa approx 12 times.. what would it be if I used it daily.. (every reply takes weeks from customer service) and they do not take and responsibility. Do not buy from them.
