I recently had a boiler breakdown and needed a new one. Of the companies I spoke to Bolier Plan were very professional and helpful. From conducting a survey over video and advising me on what I needed they were great. Fiona in customer services was excellent and Aaron who fitted the boiler did so very professionally. I would definately recommend this company.

Boiler Plan's installation engineer, Aaron Bell, arrived inside the scheduled time, removed our old boiler and installed the new one. He was very professional, organised and personable and got the job done in good time, cleaning up thoroughly after he finished. He tested all the radiators and checked the system for gas leaks (zero). Then he explained the whole system for us and left his contact details should be have any questions. Impressive service.

I had issues with the space where my replacement boiler was going..Tom understood the issue and identified a suitable replacement. The engineer who fitted the boiler was great, really friendly and left the job spotless. After care service was excellent... first they refunded us for the unused piping we were originally quoted for and set up our after care plan over the phone with no hassle . I would definitely recommend

The staff on the telephone were very helpful and explained everything really well. The boiler fitters were very efficient, helpful with questions and explained all operations with the boiler.
The boiler cover and plans are far better than any company I've used before.

I cannot recommend Boiler Plan highly enough. From the initial phone call, to the installation, the whole experience was totally professional & ultimately achieved 110% customer satisfaction. The back office, the sales team & a big shout out to Rob who installed the boiler, service of the very highest standards & I would not hesitate in recommending BP to any prospective clients.

Company was great and the Engineer Amit agheda went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and the job was at a top level. Very happy with the service provided. And very thankful to Amit.

I live in London with a second property in midlands. The boiler finally gave up the ghost up here and so an urgent visit to sort out. I went on line to get quotes from 3 providers . Boiler plan were immediate in responding both on line then first thing early next morning a call. Friendly professional lady sorted everything out whilst travelling up on train. Arranged for surveyor Mohammad to come yesterday to and provide a quote for job. He was brilliant and talked me through everything that was needed boiler options - finance options, practical issues all in a friendly informative, reassuring open snd transparent way. This is very important when facing a large financial commitment / purchase. I am now 24 hours on and I feel confidant that at this stage and my mind put totally to rest due to the attention and service received so far I have chosen well. First company on the case and excellent professional people . If you’re in a similar situation go with these guys. Thank-you Mohammad great work and follow up afterwards going the extra mile 👍

Our old system boiler packed up and we had no heating or hot water so finding a replacement was urgent. We felt stressed at the thought of finding a reliable company to complete the work at a fair price. Luckily we discovered Boiler Plan and their professional staff who worked to help us from first speaking to them, the surveyor who carried out a thorough video inspection of the work and the engineers and regional manager Ian who sorted out follow up work to completion. Special thanks to the very professional engineer Guy who spent 3 days decommissioning the old and replacing it with the new Worcester boiler. This work was more time consuming than first estimated but the Company agreed to complete it without charging any extra. When the thermostat was not working correctly Guy returned to the house at the weekend and kept in telephone contact over the following days to assist in getting a replacement authorised by his manager. Altogether a brilliant service.

we had new vallient eco 30 fitted by boiler plan, we would have no hesitation in recomending them. from start to finish it was great service. from all the office staff to Guy machin who fitted it nothing was too much trouble. had problem working out how the remote control worked but Ian challinor came out twice to help us sort this out, boiler is working great so a big thank you to all at boiler plan.

Boiler plan got in touch with me when Scottish power boiler insurance filed to repair my old combi boiler. Excellent service for the lady who did a virtual quote and found me the perfect boiler. Liam came today and installed my new one he was very efficient. No mess left and a full explanation of how to use the new smart thermostat. Excellent service from start to end

The Service offered by Tom during surveying and quoting was super and the quote was very competitive. They were very understanding of delaying the install due to other problems with the house renovation. On install, Miles, was fantastic! Brilliant work and lovely guy..

UPDATE. I was contacted the day after this review. Spoke to a lovely lady (sorry I’ve forgot your name), engineer came out the same day and sorted the problem. Very pleased with solution.

Totally disappointing. Having had customer service problems prior to the boiler being fitted we thought the issue was resolved when we was contacted by a manager. Unfortunately poor customer service continues. The TADO system they fitted works as and when it wants to, it just looses connection and then the heating comes on. They sent someone out, we was told lots of people are having problems with TADO, we asked for it to be changed to a none internet relying system. We was told a regional manager would contact us regarding this. Alas still heard nothing. I’ve emailed asking what is going in and yet again had no response. Looks like we are going to have to pay another company to sort out what boiler plan won’t. Very disappointing

I'm so pleased that Boiler Plan sent fitter Jamie to decommission my old back boiler and install a new combi-boiler to power my central heating system. I was knocked out, not only by his energy and commitment, but also by the quality of workmanship. Full marks to both the company and engineer, I don't hesitate to recommend you and will definitely use you again for maintenance.

Excellent service, A clean and tidy job completed with the minimum of fuss by friendly and efficient engineer. Would recommend.

Nice company with professional engineers especially they are more punctual & professionals. Like my installer “GUY MACHIN”.he nice person explaining my question very polite and gentle.I recommend to all of them who is looking for change boiler, boiler plan is very good company because of these professional gas safe engineers.

Boiler Plan deserve an excellent review from start to finish .I had a new combi boiler.The online service was easy to use,Fiona Thomson, who did the survey on the phone was great! Fiona was very polite ,nothing was to much trouble,she went extra miles for this job. Eve Jackson from installation team was great too.
The installation was great the engineers turned up on time,worked flat out all day. They were very clean and tidy in their work.
I had no problem at all.I would recommend Boiler Plan.

This is a review for boiler plan as a company and in particular their engineer Mohammed Ishfaq. Dreaded boiler breakdown happened and a dreadful company called Scottish Power and even more rubbish- Domestic and General (company with no conscience and non existent customer care) decided to write the boiler off. They did not even have the courtesy to ring and inform- so first I hear this is from boiler plan asking me if I want a quote for a new boiler. Cheryl spoke to me and was very polite. I was still shocked and perplexed that why my boiler is written off- relatively new boiler. I rung Vaillant and they confirmed my belief. In fact, they have offered to come and repair. In the meantime, an extremely polite and knowledgeable engineer called Mohammed Ishfaq from Boiler plan visited our property to inspect and provide a quote for a new boiler. He was very honest and within a couple of minutes of inspection, he advised that he could not understand why this boiler is written off and suggested that we get it repaired. I was very impressed with approach of boiler plan as a company and the engineer- they did not take a commercial decision, but an ethical decision- deciding what is right rather than make money from someone else’s misfortune.
Now I am trying to dispute this decision with the Scottish Power and Domestic and General- and guess what, they have left a nhs doctor without hot water and heating for nearly seven days now. Do not ever go near them and thank you Boiler Plan and Mohammed Ishfaq
