What a bunch of incompetent installers, they flooded my home and acted like was all normal. From senior management that hides away when contacted with any aftersales enquiry, to the cowboys installers they hire via sub letting their contracts in order to then pass the blame down to them claiming they work self employed.
Not worth the hassle. Horrific experience all around.
Terrible
Engineer damaged the boiler and tried to cover it up with white paint, despite assuring me he’d change it. He also put the floor boards back down and left a huge gap and didn’t lay the carpet back down properly. Emailed them several times with no response, so googled them, to discover they’ve gone into administration!! How nice of them to let their customers know. Or for the administrators to. So now we have no warrantee on a boiler that I’ll be paying off for the next 10 years and floor boards and carpet to fix. Don’t tell me their sales people didn’t know in April 2022 what was going on with the company. Still continuing to sell boilers and warranties was immoral and dishonest.

Boiler plan owe me £750 that they agreed to pay after they fitted a boiler that did not meet regulations. Have found out today gone into administration, I'm not surprised as never dealt with such a shoddy company. I'm sorry for anyone else they owe money or remidiual work too
Not the best
I had boiler installed a few years ago and paid the monthly service subscription, each time engineer came out and said something wasn’t up to spec ( from the installation) and he would go away and come back to rectify - not once ! Furthermore this year I list my phone and wallet and cancelled everything, I realise now that I’d paid a years subscription but no contact - if ringing my mobile then you’ll never contact me, if they are selling something I get lots of contact yet when they owe me money/service none.
12 months of payments for nothing
Signed up for a monthly payment to include a yearly service, they messaged me after 12 months of payments to say they are unable to serve my area. They have continued to take payment even after "cancelling" my plan. E-mailed with no response and not able to reach them on the phone.
Incompetent and Unprofessional
Boiler Plan, via D&G, were booked in to service my boiler on a Friday afternoon (the only convenient time for me). However, late afternoon they called to rearrange as the engineer was 'delayed'.
We agreed that he would attend the following Friday afternoon. On this occasion they didn't even bother to call me - he just didn't bother to turn up.
Two wasted afternoons, a waste of money, and a clearly incompetent company.
AVOID, or cancel your membership ASAP!

Just had my annual boiler check up by Tim , very pleased with this service . He spent the best part of an hour making sure it is up to scratch and in good working order Tim not only checked my boiler but fixed a leaky pipe under my toilet sink which he happened to see dripping. Great service thanks again

Very disappointed. They have cancelled my service plan as they say they have no engineers, yet still take my money by direct debit. Responses from them are erratic.

The administration staff were very helpful and friendly. The installers arrived on time and were polite, professional, efficient and hard working. They left everywhere clean and tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend them to any potential customers.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Passed on from EON and we were completely ignored by Boiler Plan. The only time someone reached out to me was one month after they accepted our contract to cancel on us. I’ve spent the last month, calling you weekly and being told to just wait, you are scheduling the installers and you’ll be in touch in a couple of days. This never happened and we finally got a call from you a month later to confirm you were cancelling on us.
Very bad service
We have a brand new boiler with a warranty and a service plan in place. The brand new boiler is not working even though it has been serviced. Why buy a new boiler when it's as faulty as an old one? I do not want to have problems with a new boiler therefore demand they replaced it with one that works. We have been sitting with no heating and cold water for days with no sense of urgency forthcoming from boilerplan.

Excellent service

They provided an excellent personal service and did their best to fit us in during the half term week when someone would be at home. George, the engineer, arrived on the dot at 8am. He was friendly, professional and efficient and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend Boiler Plan.

Boiler failed on Friday night, new install booked on Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon I have a brand new boiler installed and working. Graeme at Boilerplan was amazing, as was Luke who did the install. Couldn't ask for more!

Do not use this Company under any circumstances. Very poor service, breaching the contract.
They installed a new boiler 1 mont ago and the boiler has stopped working already, they do not take responsibility and they even not help you to get an engineer.

Everything was simple. Quote provided swiftly. Installation was great and was completed quicker than expected. New boiler is significantly better than the old one. Very happy.
