I was really happy with my recent boiler service. The engineer was extremely polite and adhered to social distancing and covid measures at all times. Definitely recommend!

At first i was reluctant to have my boiler done as now a days its difficult to trust someone, but Amit and Aaron's professionalism and expertise proved it wrong, they are second to none, they are hard working duo, hats off to this two, thanks to Johnny too who sorted out my thermostat and to Graeham.

Excellent service from Liam Caswell who fitted a new boiler today. Really polite, friendly, professional and tidy too. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Highly recommend to anybody looking for a new boiler. From initial inspection by Mo to boiler being fitted was done within the week. Harry who installed the new boiler was a very knowledgeable and pleasant and took no time in fitting it. Very happy customer 👍

Excellent in both the service offered and installation. It’s a bit pricey, but managed to get my boiler installed within a few days. The installation engineer was excellent , informative and happy to work around a few obstacles at installation. Very good service indeed!

Boiler Plan Review Guy the boiler engineer was prompt and is a very personable and courteous young man. He was very focused on the job yet was still able to answer the numerous questions I asked because it was a new boiler installation and a different brand to the one I had. The standard of work was of the highest quality.

Removed our old boiler, installed new. Very professional, cleaning as he went. Explained how it all worked, I then received a Follow up call to make sure I understand everything.

Initial telephone call and survey with Graeme at Boiler Plan who was fantastic, really knowledgeable and advised on all available products. Communication was excellent.

Boiler replaced and installed by Rob who did an amazing job. Everything sorted and tidied up after, showed how everything works. Rob was very professional, hard working and polite. Highly recommend.

Had our boiler replaced today from boiler plan the engineer was called Tom what a fantastic job he has done very tidy job talked me through everything once it was installed he was a lovely friendly engineer first class job Tom 100% recommended

The installation of the new boiler and the removal of the old one could not have been better. The job was done professionally and with the highest possible level of cleanliness.

Amit agheda fitted my boiler, no fuss. Was friendly and polite and did a brilliant job. Arrived early, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend the company and especially Amit.

Amit Agheda did a great job replacing our boiler, got everything sorted and tidied up after, showed us how it worked and was really polite and professional all through. Don’t want to have to replace the boiler for another decade, but if I did I'd ask for Amit. again

The team at Boilerplan did an excellent job for my husband and I. Ian really cares about his business and that really comes across. They took care of our belongings and made sure not to damage our new counters. They also took the old boiler away for us which saved us time and effort. I feel really satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone. The option to use a Payplan is also a lifeline for some people so it was useful to have the option discussed, even though we didn't need it.
