Surprised to see high scoring reviews… I made the mistake of ordering a skirt which was not up to quality, tried to send back the next day, but offered 50% of skirt as a refund !!!. There are no return labels, so you have to pay to send back which costs a fortune. I sent 43 emails regarding a previous order which they sent in error ( wrong colour ) still never received money back & they stopped replying to my emails which were automated

Received an item that was nothing like the picture. The item was clearly made in China, cheap, thin material, and didn’t include many details that the photo ( probably stolen from some other person/business ) had. I have had a terrible experience with Boho Seventy
I have had a terrible experience with Boho seventy. The website had product identified as available that I needed for an event. I had several email exchanges and immediately returned the item only to never receive my credit. I sent them the receipt of its return. Same person taking forever to respond. Same run around over and over. Boho even removed my account so that I couldn’t leave a review. I would never order from this company.

I placed an order (#13697) for the Luisa Floral Dress on 9/27/2021for a Wedding I'm attending on 10/23/2021. My credit card was charges and I have never received the dress. I got two emails, one confirming my purchase and sent yesterday (10/11/2021) wanting me to review the dress. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE DRESS! I have called several times leaving messages and have sent several emails with no response to either. I would appreciate customer service responding to my inquires about my order.

Outstanding customer service
I originally thought it was a scam and I had a lot of problems but this company faced every problem and ultimately ended up giving me a refund. They were very passionate about making sure that I was happy and I respect that. I cannot say anything about the clothes but the customer service is better than most.

Their clothes is the cutest! They have the best style and the material is so comfortable. I definitely would recommend buying clothes from this website. When I bought clothes they fit perfectly & I wear them all the time.
