Ordered a patriotic shirt. They sent me a black shirt with a maple leaf on it. They refused to send me the correct shirt and offered a $7 reimbursement for a $40 shirt. Their customer service is terrible.

I ordered a shirt, it took too long to arrive. The fit was too small and tried to return. They emailed me back saying they would give me three US dollars to keep the shirt, and would not give me the return address. I emailed it again and again and again. They still will not send me the return address nor refund any of my money the shirt was made with poor material would never order from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the shirt on June 6 to have by July 4. It didn’t arrive until July 5 and when I opened it I could tell immediately the size was wrong. It was way smaller than the tag showed. It was so small that I couldn’t get it on. I later learned this is a common issue with this company. They would not accept a return and only offered $5. This company is a ripoff. I truly believe most of the positive reviews must be coming from the company itself.

Sizes were way too small and are not USA size dimensions. Refund and exchange policies are terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Ordered a shirt I saw on Facebook. Paid with PayPal on June 4, 2025. After a 6 weeks of receiving emails stating that my package was on its way, I received a message saying the package was delivered on July 11 to my mailbox, but I did not receive a package. They said to contact the post office, but the tracking number given was not a legitimate number that could be tracked by USPS. I've been scammed!

This company advertised on Facebook that the shirts I ordered were made in the USA and had a store in Kentucky. After I ordered through Pay Pal I found the company was actually from China. I tried to cancel the order but was it was not done. After several weeks they sent tracking info that said my shirts were delivered to my mailbox in my home city. I never received the shirts. My actual address was not associated with the tracking information and the company offered no additional help or information. I am out the money they collected.

Tracked a shipment for a month and then was informed that my order had been placed in my mailbox several days earlier. No package with this order was ever delivered. Suibstantial stated that they had contacted the "Post Office" and confirmed the delivery and suggested I deal with the post office. However, Suibstantial would not provide who they spoke with, nor did they provide a USPS tracking number to assist in the search. Now I'm high & dry without my order and my money!

I ordered my shorts and shirt on 6-6-2025. Tracking showed it shipped from Italy. It took until 7-17-2025. I contacted customer support through email. I was told to give it 7-10 more days by support. On 7-28-2025, giving it an extra 10 days as requested by support I said my package never arrived. They said it was reported delivered by there carrier and I should contact the USPS for package tracking. The 3 numbers given to me by support were reported as invalid by the USPS associate. Also the 2 websites the company gave me for tracking showed differing information. on tracking-hub.com, it showed my package coming from Italy, but on t.17tracking.net it showed my package coming from Shenzhen China. After bringing this up, customer service stopped responding to any emails. This is a Chinese scam sight. Don't believe the good reviews. They go around and put up reviews to trick people. Out some money. Last time I order anything from a non BBB USA business.

I placed a order of 2 shirts and have not received the shirts. They sent tracking that was delivered on 7/9 I check my camera's and talked to the post office. They never received the package. Then they responded to my email it was the wrong tracking # They sent and gave me another tracking #. I talked to the post office again and they never received the package. Now I cannot get a refund and they have blocked my email. This company is a scam. Don't buy anything from them. Very shady.

First of all, the shipping was dismal. Ordered June 3 for 4th of July merchandise. It took 3 weeks to land in Los Angeles. Then they transfer it to Atlanta which took another week and 3 more weeks to receive it via USPS. Be faster to drive there pick it up and drive back to my home in southern CA.
Shirts run ridiculously small. Clearly made in China. Shorts were made for a giant and so ugly I threw them out and a belt that was big enough for 2 of me.
I’m still waiting on a resolution. They first offered me a $2 refund. I told them I don’t get out of bed for less than a $100.
I’ll update this saga should I get what I asked for, a refund on the shirts. I wouldn’t hold your breath.

I ordered a hat for my husband for Father’s Day and still have no received it. They keep telling me it is in transit. The order was placed on 6/10/2025, first I was over charged they then refunded the difference. But the problem is I still have not received my order… I am very disappointed. I’m starting to think it is a scam!

Awful!!!!!! I am still waiting for my order. It has been 33+ days since I ordered. My tracking shows that once through customs it has been to Idaho, Houston, Dallas, Kansas City, St.Louis(which is less than 30 minutes away from me) now it has left St.Louis and is is Shreveport Louisiana. Once it made it to KC it was to be delivered on July 14th. NOT!!!! I have emailed the company that I purchased it from and all I get is give it a couple more days with no help at all!!!!!It is getting RIDICULOUS AND FRUSTRATING!!!! This company is the WORST!!!!!

It is not a usa product. The merchandise and company is in China. The shirts were of poor quality and very foggy prints. Customer Service is absolutely horrible. Don't buy from this seller suibstantial.com.

Advertised sale for buying second shirt, that discount would be applied at checkout. No such discount was applied. Items shipped from Italy. One took a month to arrive, the other six weeks. Medium size fit like large. Company refused returns.

They bounced between numerous countries and when they were delivered. It was made poorly and didn't fit (2XL). It was a horrible experience and by all standards an inferior product and service.

Suibstantial is shit. Do not buy here shirts runs a size or two small. Big rip-off. When I realized it was a China product, I sent an email to cancel, and they still shipped it out. Wanted to offer me 4-dollar credit on 47.00 purchase. Scam

This appears yo be a scam. I ordered a product and they sent me a 20 digit all number tracking number to a Tracking Hub website that shows the items coming out of Belgium. My tracking number ended in 4 so I reduced the number to 3 and low and behold I see another order with the exact same time stamp and date but in Ireland. I did this for 3 packages with the fake tracking number. Each time the times and dates for entry into the country and entry into customs was the same. Immediately filed a claim with my bank and PayPal.

Lying that their products are made in USA. When I received shipping notification, it is coming from Ireland, but probably China via Ireland. Ordered the shirt about 60 days ago, still not received. Customer service blamed it on tariffs, but if it’s made in KY, it shouldn’t be impacted by tariffs. They don’t address my made in USA question only that they’re trying hard to get my order. Liars, false advertising, stay far far away.

Item is not what was described. Said that the wreath was handmade in the USA. It is total plastic with flowers that are falling off. Much smaller than all pictures. Horrible product. Do not purchase from this company. They have multiple listings under different company names on Pinterest. Same product, same description, different company name. I ordered in March and got no confirmation. Ordered again and told them that the first order was not processed and wanted a refund. They stated that there were production issues (although I got the second wreath) and said that they were sending. I do not want a second piece of junk.
