Scam do not buy

Awful.

Ordered 3 x F1 calendars ($72.69), arrived after 4 weeks, every single page has so many spelling errors, symbols in middle of words and nothing makes sense.
Final shock at how bad it was came on December page, they have printed the last grand prix of the season as Palestine!!

Contacted the company and they offered $6 and then increased it to $8 when I refused it. No further reply to my emails

Avoid at all costs.

I have reported this company to insta (where I saw their advert) and to my credit card company. They charged me more than the order said they would and when I raised this on email I was given a standard response without anyone looking into it.

Several weeks later still no product, customer service keep telling me it’s arrived but based on the other reviews I don’t believe them and have started a claim with my bank for a refund.

I am only giving one star, but would give lower if I could.

The F1 advent calendar I ordered was such a waste of money. Flat bits of plastic! Waste of money

It's a total scam! 2D pieces of plastic that unfortunately were made to look 3D in the ad. Bought the F1 advent calendar for my husband and wish I would have seen these reviews first. They will not refund us our money and claim it's the correct product! Like others have mentioned it comes in a thick box so that you think they are 3D cars. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY

Same as all the other reviews, I just wished id checked this page before buying from a stupid Instagram ad.

Bought F1 calendar, led to believe it contained 3d miniatures but contains 2d bits of cheap plastic. The calendar is even deceptively thick so you don't question it on delivery, you wait until December (because it's an advent calendar) and then you're naturally out of your return window. They do not care when you contact them. Very clever scam. I'm just lucky I can claim the outrageous $50 I paid back off my credit card company.

Paid a lot of money for two F1 calendars. They are total crap! Nothing like the pictures, just cheap plastic items that are smaller than a ten pence piece!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. It’s a scam type of company. They advertised a Porshe Advent Calendar. With little metal matchbox cars. When I finally received my order and opened the first day of the advent calendar it was a cheap flat piece of plastic with a Porshe car. I could have printed and made my own plastic picture. I paid $55 for the plastic piece of crap. It’s probably worth $5 at most. So disappointing

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered an advent calendar and I never received it.

Advent calendar Utter rubbish nothing like the advertising. Cheap plastic 2d cars not 3d as on the advertising A complete misrepresentation. It’s a con and hopefully they can be prosecuted as such.

Paid almost $70 for a Highland Cow Advent Calendar. The photos looked like miniature 3D cows but, opened the first one today and it's a tiny 2D plastic picture. Not even close to worth the money paid. Child was extremely disappointed. Lesson learned.

Absolutely avoid this company.

I ordered an advent calendar expecting to receive a product that looked just like the photos: beautiful, detailed pieces, elegant presentation, a premium calendar.
The reality? A package that arrived after weeks of waiting… only to find a cheap white box filled with tiny plastic food items that have NOTHING to do with the pictures on their website.
It's exactly the kind of product that makes you regret not checking the reviews first. As for customer service, they refuse to take any responsibility for the slightest mistake and offer an insulting "compensation" of a few dollars for a purchase of around €40.
I'm sharing my experience to prevent others from being ripped off like I was. This is the last time I'll order from them.

Do not order from this company!!!
This company provide fake tracking information and never deliver the order. If you contact them you will be told to wait and be patient as apparently 2 months is still a reasonable delivery period.
When a dispute was raised the tracking information changes from one continent to another. I still have no received my order despite this company claiming it has now been delivered.
Save your money and shop elsewhere..

Terrible, terrible company. I wish I would have researched them before purchasing. Hopefully someone will see these reviews prior to their purchase. The item I bought, advent calendar, was terrible. I contacted the company and they just kept giving me the run around.

This is a horrible company to do business with! Product was damaged and inferior and they refused to refund my money.

Scammers. Over 2 months order never arrived. Reached out several times and no proper reply. I have reported it as fraud to my credit card company. Wish I saw these reviews first.

Awful company, don’t buy from them!!!!!! Rubbish products and they don’t look like pictures also take months to arrive. Bad customer service, offered £8 compensation uk. The product wasn’t worth £5 and with delivery spent almost £60!!!!!!!

The piece of trash they sent me goes straight in the bin!!! What rubbish, money grubbing at its best!!!

They won't even enter into refund, so don't bother!! DON'T BUY, EASY!!!

Do not order, what you are reading is true. I ordered in September, it's not November, they will not return my emails. You've been warned.
