What an awful experience. The dress didn’t fit and I immediately mailed back and they only gave me a store credit of $40 when the dress cost $70.

Ordered a cream skirt
Ordered a cream skirt, when it arrived the colour was blush pink!!
Bodycon don't offer a refund like other online companies, I'm now stuck with a skirt that I have no use for and have wasted £50+
Very disappointed and definitely will not be ordering from them again!!

So had a bit of a delay in getting order which tbh body con collection did try to help. Unfortunately the dress when it arrived was poor quality more shein like in quality and a very different colour from the colour shown on line glad I paid sale price ! Not worth full price eyelet on back of dress fell off first time of trying on ! Won’t be buying from this company again

Please don’t ever buy from Bodycon Collection. I should have listened to reviews. I purchased a dress for $100 that clearly had pockets in both the photos and the description. What I received was a poor, shein-like quality version of the dress in the photos, with NO pockets. I immediately reached out to them and they approved my return, however they are still charging me shipping costs despite the error being completely their fault. The dress was returned to them a week ago (I tracked the package) and I asked for the refund and they have ghosted me. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card - buyer beware.

Costumer service is excellent.
The costumer service team worked collaboratively with me to problem solve an issue with my purchase. They were efficient, effective, and I’ll order from them again because of this. The dress was awesome too but the costumer service is the star of that show.

I've shopped at Bodycon a few times now and, as always, when you try something new, you never know how it will go. I was happy to see they respect their delays, it doesn't take months to receive our orders. Also, once, an item I ordered wasn't available and they emailed me and we had a clear and pleasant back and forth. I was happy there were 'humans' behind the online shop. :)
The clothes are good quality and I always get many compliments when I were them!

I ordered wrong size
I ordered wrong size , just wanted to order a size up , 2 minutes after I placed the order . Customer service said they can’t change after order was placed. Now I have to wait to receive the dress , pay to return it and then order it again . So unnecessary
