Returned the dress to be rudely told I was only getting a store credit, there is literally NOTHING here i would wear, i only got the dress for a wedding. Eventually got a store credit of $89. Don't bother with this thieving joke of a company

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Bought dress listed as vanilla, in description is states cream dress and then further down it says nude. Dress came with the colour “beige” on it, when questioned I was told it was correct. Sizing all wrong even though I measured myself multiple times. No refunds, you get store credit only which I’m sure the accc would love to hear about, especially with them and their false advertising.

"I am extremely disappointed with the service from Sage and Paige. I paid £40 for express delivery, expecting my order to arrive within 2-4 business days. I placed my order on a Sunday evening, anticipating delivery by Thursday at the latest, as I was going on holiday on Saturday. However, I received an email stating that my order would arrive on the 27th, which is a full seven days later.
When I contacted customer service, I was told the delivery was 'in the right course of time.' This response is unacceptable, as it clearly contradicts the express delivery terms I paid for. The delay is not only inconvenient but also a breach of the service I paid for.
I would not recommend Sage and Paige due to this experience. The failure to meet the promised delivery timeframe and the unsatisfactory customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied."

They took a delicate chiffon dress and scrunched it up into a ball then folded up the shipping packet several times and taped it up! We received a dress wrinkled beyond recognition and when we emailed them, we were basically gas lit (as you 'll see many complainants are in this review section). They claimed the wrinkles would either simply relax themselves (they didn't), or we could steam them out (didn't work either). Unbelievable they lacked the common sense to take on board a criticism that would cost them zero dollars to rectify and keep their customers happy... Should tell you all you need to know about their care for their customers. STAY AWAY from Saige and Page and instead give your hard earned money to a business that actually cares about their customers experience.

Do not buy from this store under any circumstances! It is seriously not worth it, no matter how good it looks on the images.
I purchased a dress specifically for a bachelorette party that had a 'pink and sparkly' theme. I had to save especially for this as I don't have a lot of spare funds (read: no spare funds at all, in remission from cancer and saved every penny for 3 months for a new outfit, excited to look good for a night out). The dress came - noted immediately that it was poor quality fabric and was disappointed I'd spent $100 on a dress that felt like it was worth $5, but it was pink and sparkly so I put it aside to wear for the day.
On the day of the event I put it on and my friend pointed out that on the side there was a tear in the inner lining of the fabric - this was very visible as the outer lining was sheer. It was also a tie-back dress and the tear was right near one of the attachement points for the tie and the pressure placed on it when tied up not only pulled the fabric apart and made it more visible, but was slowly worsening the tear bit by bit. Had I worn it, I'm sure the top would have fallen down at some point as the tear gave way. Had to race into the nearby city and buy a new dress (as I was away from home and otherwise only had PJs or exercise clothes!). I did not have the money for a second dress and had to put it on a credit card, much to my dismay!
Sent an email to Sage and Paije requesting a refund. They offered a replacement - I explained the event had passed and I had been forced to buy a new item due to their mistake sending me a dress with a hole in it. They then sent me a gift card. I explained again that I did not have the funds to support 2 outfits, and it was their poor quality item that forced me into having to pay for this. No care in the world at all. They classed it as a 'minor fault' and continued to tell me about how minor it was and therefore they didn't have to give me a refund. Said they 'were sorry that I didn't get what I wanted'. What I wanted?? I wanted a dress without a hole in it? I wanted not to have to put money I didn't have on a credit card 2 hours before an event? I think its pretty fair to want a refund and not have to cop $100 for their mistake.
TLDR: refused to refund for faulty goods. Apparently sending someone clothes with torn fabric in the middle of the dress is 'minor' and they don't legally have to refund you? Absolutely no care in the world that I don't have the money to cop their mistake and I'm now $100 out of pocket. Literally have cried with stress over this money and they couldn't care less.
NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE. If the only good that comes out of this experience is someone seeing this and not buying a piece of clothing priced 50x what it is worth, from this terrible store that values profits over customer experience and morals then maybe I will feel slightly better about the fact that I have to use my grocery money to cover their faulty goods this month? Probably not though...

I never leave bad reviews but I’ve been so upset by the horrendous customer support. I’ve purchased from this company before and I had to send one of the dresses back because it the zipper was broken. I kept the other one as I needed it to wear to an event, the zipper has since broken. I gave it another chance as they do have lots of great little dresses and I’ll admit that the search function and website works really well and with that combination I was happy to try them again. Even though I knew there was a chance of getting another crap zipper.
Anyway, the dresses i received were all a little too big, but one of them you can so returning for credit but one of the dresses have a visible zip that shouldn’t be visible, it’s also crooked as it runs up the zipper. It’s looks worse than tacky and I can’t wear it. It’s definitely faulty as the seam is crooked.
I’ve explained this to customer support, first they assumed that it was too tight, so I sent a photo of the problem, they now tell me it’s the way the design is intended. I’ve gone back and forth about 5 times trying to make them understand.
They pretty much reply with the exact same response. I also asked if they could process the credit claim number so I can post the other two dresses back so I can order another dress prior to my event I was buying one of the dresses for, which they have ignored twice now.
I’m this day and age when there are awesome businesses that ‘get it’ and are helpful, swift, and understand what customer support is… I really actually have no idea how this business is still going.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a clothing brand. Claims to be an Australian business yet there is no head office listed anywhere only a locked bag address. The company provides extremely poor quality garments which is not reflected in the prices. The prices are the same as brands like Showpo or hello Molly which are of good quality. They also provide faulty items and when this was addressed with them they asked for my sizing implying I was too fat for the dress and that I had in fact damaged the dress myself which is completely inappropriate. They only offered an exchange or store credit. Refunds for faulty items are required by consumer law in Australia but they claimed the fault was minor and therefore not required but the dress was ripped and unusable and therefore not minor. I declined an exchange as the quality was also so low. I had no choice but to accept store credit instead but they then deducted the cost to return the item. The company have turned off comments on all instagram and Facebook posts misleading consumers as I’m sure if comments were available there would be a lot of negative reviews. There is also no google reviews available. The company is profiting by providing shockingly overpriced and faulty items and providing store credit which I for one will not use as I’m not happy to purchase anything ever again from this brand.

Bought two dresses from here, extremely poor quality. Horrible materials, the colours don’t match what you see online and the actual designs are horrible once you try them on. The proportions of some of the things are terrible. Sizing charts aren’t right and no ability to return for refund, even if you contact them telling them the dress looks nothing like the picture. I wouldn’t buy from here.

Honestly looks more luxe than the price. The stitching is neat, and the fabric drapes beautifully.
For the price these are good quality well cut dresses that really suit my body shape. I’ve purchased at at least 10 items and only had to return one.

Absolute scam!! This company will take your money and only offer store credit!! As a new customer, having seen "returns within 30 days" in their marketing messaging, and the same thing on the product page, I was under the impression I could return if they didnt fit. Despite multiple attempts to explain, they continue to gaslight me, zero recognition of the fact their messaging and advertising is utterly misleading. Really frustrating for a womens clothing company, especially as we all know womens sizes vary so much from brand to brand. $400 down :(
