Don’t be fooled — DON’T buy from this scamming lowlife company

Don’t be fooled. I couldn’t give this company negative stars so had to mark one to allow me to move forward with my review. This place is an ABSOLUTE scam
and is a horrible company and customer service is useless. Don’t waste any of your money at this company. I ordered a shirt and one dress in two sizes. When I placed the order and then checked a few days later for shipment tracking only to see there was no order when I logged in, I contacted customer service. They couldn’t find my order to start and then the next day, they got back to me and said they had found it. I had spent $270 on the order so when they originally told me they didn’t have an order for me on file but I saw that the charge had gone through on my credit card, I disputed it right away. Once I got the email the next day saying they then found it, they asked that I call my back and notify them that the order was found and sent out for shipping. I did just that and got a letter confirming that I closed the dispute and that it was considered resolved. I went to go return the whole order for store credit because both dresses smelled (but one was too big) and the shirt came already faulty when the seam was already coming apart. This has all been WELL within the 60 day return policy they BS on their website. The system won’t allow me to return because it’s saying that my bank still has the dispute still open (even though I sent them the letter from my bank stating the dispute is officially closed as of 2/4/26). I also checked my bank account and they got paid again after I closed the dispute. They refuse to escalate the issue using the multiple examples of written verification and are dragging it out so that the 60 days passes and I can’t even return for store credit. This place is an absolute SHAM and you should stay FAR FAR away.

UPDATE AFTER BODYCON COLLECTION REPLY: the company’s response is not addressing the issue. I have given the company written documentation verifying that the bank dispute is officially closed (letter directly from my bank) and they still continue to incorrectly say that the dispute is still active which has been verified for them multiple times. They are looking to drag this out so the 60 day return window passes. AGAIN, don’t let them or their inaccurately fluffed response fool you. Their customer service team stops responding after each time I send the proof that the dispute is closed. It’s been since February 4th, 2026 since I closed the dispute with my bank and received written verification of such. They are doing nothing to help.

Terrible quality of the material and do not take returns

Terrible quality of the material. The dress feels so itchy on my skin, it is impossible to wear. Furthermore, when I wanted to return the dress, I've been told I need to pay for a postage to China and only receive a gift credit. Will never be buying anything from this brand again.

This dress quality was awful

This dress quality was awful. I always wear a medium and I was swimming in this. I went to return and it would cost more to ship back to Australia than the dress cost. Which was $100. What a waste of money.

I recently purchased a few skirts…

I recently purchased a few skirts online and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The ordering process was simple and smooth, and my items arrived quickly and beautifully packaged.

The skirts are exactly as pictured — the quality of the fabric is fantastic, the fit is flattering, and the attention to detail really shows. They’re comfortable to wear and perfect for both casual outings and dressier occasions.

I was especially impressed with the sizing accuracy and how true the colours were to the photos online. It’s always a little nerve-wracking buying clothes online, but this purchase exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for stylish, well-made skirts. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Biggest rip off ever. I purchased a dress to go to Thailand for NYE. It arrived with a hole in it. I requested a refund but was refused and sent a replacement which i told them wouldn't arrive in time as i was flying abroad. What i didn't expect was the replacement to arrive two months later!! I received the replacement today...14th February 2026!! Opened it up and it also has a hole in the dress. So disappointed that i wasted my money on this company.

I was sold a used dress …

I was sold a worn dress, and I believed it had been worn before it was returned and then sold to me based on its condition when I received it. Although the website has an option to get the original refund, I was still given store credit to buy a worn item again. I will not be buying anything from this website and will be reporting them to BBBS.

Great dresses

I have ordered twice from Bodycon Collection and found the buying process really easy. The size guide is very helpful as there are different fabrics etc it’s good to see what would be the right size. The pictures match the dresses, although it would be good to have close ups of the smaller details, like if there are studs, zips, other embellishments. They have a great range of products! Will buy again!

I would avoid purchasing with this…

I would avoid purchasing with this company. I have had to accept store credit for a return but if what I select is also too small/doesn't suit I will have to keep covering postage costs for its return. If what you buy is not suitable you will be out of pocket.

Checked the return policy before buying, after receiving a cheaply made dress I tried to return it and am now being told the dress is not eligible for return. Don’t spend your money here.

Not as advertised and not providing a refund

Based on my experience, this company is not behaving in line with consumer laws regarding my order. They've advertised a dress using a photo of a model wearing an entirely different dress - the colour is similar, but the construction, shape and fit is very different. I contacted them within 30 days asking them to arrange a return, providing photos and a description of the multiple ways in which the dress they have sent me is not the same dress the model is wearing in the photo on their website, and asking for a full refund, as they have sent me a different product to the one they advertised. They told me 'based on the images you’ve shared, the issues appear to be variations in texture, colour, or fit, or dissatisfaction with fabric feel or thickness, which do not qualify as manufacturing faults at this stage', therefore they would not be providing a full refund on the basis of the product not being as advertised, and therefore I will also have to pay return postage. This is not in accordance with statutory rights, in which a customer is entitled to a full refund if an item is faulty or not as described within 30 days of receipt. I've gone back to them repeatedly, and they just keep saying the same thing, leaving me in limbo, as I don't want store credit with them, based on my experience of their business practice and products - I want a full refund to the original payment method, as per consumer rights laws. The construction of the dress I've received is like something you might find at a cheap market in a car park, not the dress pictured. The bodice has no darts for shaping but there are on the model's dress; there are no side panels on the bodice but there are on the model's dress; the dress advertised on the model is long mid-calf length, but the dress I've received is floor-length: I'm 5ft 8 so this isn't a height issue as the dress I've received would also be floor-length on my 6ft2 husband.

I'm so appalled that this company is behaving in this way, and the thought of them replying to this and again saying 'it looks like a fit issue' etc, instead of resolving the issue in accordance with the law, and providing a full refund to the original payment method, is upsetting.

The other dress I ordered, the bandage dress, is badly made around the bust. This isn't a fit issue in terms of it happening not to fit me how I'd like, but a manufacturing issue, as there shouldn't be a hard plasticised strip removing all the stretch from the entire top seam of the bust unless this had been accounted for by making that top edge lay closer to the body in the dress construction: this is the reason it doesn't fit and instead sits out gaping at funny angles - there is no flexibility or stretch on the top edge of the bust because of the rubberised non-slip coated strip, but this dress relies on stretch and flexibility in order to conform to the shape of a body.

I would never have bought either of these dresses had I seen them like this in a shop, as they clearly have issues, and the consumer rights laws exist to resolve these precise situations. Looking at other reviews, I'm clearly not the only person to have experienced this behaviour from this company.
