Dress wasn’t worth the 230 dollar price…

Dress wasn’t worth the 230 dollar price tag. Material was thin and fully polyester, the skirt did not come with the pink petticoat/ extra layer of fabric under the skirt that the model had and when I decided to zoom in on the photos it is clear that they were AI edited due to the blending hands and hands with 6 fingers. Bodice was not the exact same as the model either and had slight differences as well as the corset just being printed on rather than an actual corset material. Shipping took a week and a half longer than advertised, however customer service was pretty good as they responded to my email about where my dress was pretty quickly.
Update: the dress was taken down from the website it was the pixi midi dress. Other dresses have the AI editing though, please look carefully at the dresses if purchasing and look for any weird hands or pockets that don’t exist on the product

Unless you are based in Australia I…

Unless you are based in Australia I would not use this service. Due to time in shipping you don't really have the time to send back within the requisite timeframe. Hence I have paid 90 quid for a dress that they have now said wasn't returned within their 'timeframe' and now have to pay to have it shipped back to me even though it doesn't fit. I'd avoid. There are some amazing places in the UK that do great bodycon dresses and have a much more reasonable return policy. Their option was for me either to donate my dress to "charity" or to pay almost 100gbp to have it returned, a dress that doesn't fit - they wouldn't even exchange it for one that fits.

I’m really sorry for the frustration you’ve had with your return. We do offer a generous 60-day return window, and we encourage customers to send returns as soon as their order is delivered, which will reach us within 10 days.

In this case, we can see the return was sent at the last minute and arrived after the 60-day period.

Our team has already reached out to talk through the options available as per our returns policy for items received past their return window. These include return postage fees to get your item sent back to you through Australia Post (approx £7 GBP), you choose to discard your items, or you can choose to donate your item to one of our charity partners. Our returns centre unfortunatley cannot gauantee that your requested exchange item will be in stock.

This company is highly untrustworthy – avoid at all costs. attempted to return a brand new

I attempted to return a brand new, unopened dress, and my request was refused without any explanation. I never received my refund, and the items were not sent back to me. This experience feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

Updating:I returned the dresses within the return window, and according to the DPD tracking information, the items were delivered and received by you on 12th September. I have already sent you the return confirmation and the return label via email as proof.
Despite your 60-day return policy, which is clearly stated on your website, you have refused to issue a refund and instead offered me store credit—which I still haven’t received. I would like to make it absolutely clear that I do not want store credit. I am entitled to a full refund, and I am formally requesting that this is processed immediately.
To make matters worse:
You originally sent me the wrong dress – I ordered a mini dress, and you sent a midi version instead.
I waited nearly 5 weeks to receive the correct item.
After returning the items on time and providing proof of postage and delivery, you are now refusing a refund, which is unacceptable.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue by filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection ombudsman or trading standards authority.
Please resolve this matter urgently and confirm when the refund has been issued.

Package “delivered” but never arrived — company refuses refund or replacementI bought a dress from Bodycon…

UPDATE: the reply below is a lie, I emailed the team several times and responses always came days later with the exact same reply just in different order each time.

The last email response I quote:
“ Hi Santiago,
Thank you for your patience. We completely understand how frustrating it is when your order shows as delivered but hasn't reached you.
As per our Shipping Policy, once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, we're unable to issue a refund. Your order was safely packed and dispatched from our warehouse, and from that point, the courier is responsible for getting it to you.
It's important that the shipping address is entered correctly to ensure successful delivery and customer's monitor the tracking updates closely.
Since the tracking system confirms your parcel as delivered, we must rely on the courier's verified delivery record. This policy helps protect both our customers and our business, and ensures we follow standard courier and insurance procedures.
We've raised an urgent claim with Evri to clarify the delivery details and confirm the exact location of your parcel. At this time, as the recipient, we kindly ask that you also contact Evri directly using your tracking number to obtain additional information on where your parcel was left. We'll continue to monitor the situation and update you as soon as we hear back.
As a small gesture, we've included a VIP10 discount code for 10% off your next order, which you may like to use toward a replacement.”

After taking my money and not delivering the product they decided to offer me as compensation a 10% discount voucher on my next order. honestly JAW DROP.

These people are running an absolute scam and don’t take any responsibility.

They charged £8 pounds for delivery and chose the worst service possible and now are not even taking responsibility for the loss of this order. basically telling me that it’s my problem.

9/10/25: I bought a dress from Bodycon Collection that never arrived. The tracking showed it was shipped, and two weeks later the carrier tracking was updated as “Delivered.” I never received the package.

I contacted Bodycon Collection by email multiple times and provided the tracking information and address. Their response after many messages was simply that the order had been “marked as delivered.” They refused to investigate further, replace the order, or issue a refund.

They supplied a “proof of delivery” photo — but that photo does not show my house, my street, or the delivery location I supplied. The image is inconsistent with the delivery address and clearly does not support that the parcel was delivered to me.

What I expected:
• A prompt investigation or escalation with the shipping carrier.
• A refund or replacement when delivery could not be verified.
What I actually got:
• One-line replies saying “marked as delivered” and no resolution.

If you value your money and want a seller who stands behind their deliveries, avoid this company. I’m now preparing a chargeback through my bank and will be contacting consumer protection.

AWFUL !!!

I ordered a dress for my daughter in a small her usual size, I payed £8 for delivery which took 2 weeks to arrive! When the dress came it was huge and did not resemble a small in the slightest and had to be returned. When I proceeded to return, I only then realised you can’t return an item for refund if in sale items, YOU ARE FORCED to take a gift card MINUS the return delivery fee! £12 in total for a £56 dress that is useless! When you look more widely at your website, everything is supposedly on sale - very crafty sales technique as you are then FORCED to buy something else or lose your money completely! A very costly experience, would not recommend this company ! Disgusted!

My best friend ordered several dresses for her 40th bday when arrived the condition of some of the dresses were poor/faulty. Had to return the items and to return to AUSTRALIA they charge £120! Even though the items are faulty. SHOCKING. Don’t do it.
