We worked initially with Darren Meehan and then with Oliver Lawton who took us through the whole process. Both were absolutely excellent and exceeded any expectations; they were considered in their response and really listened to us. They guided us through the whole mortgage process and made it feel incredibly straightforward. They also advised on other aspects of the buying process lending us their thoughts based on their expertise in this industry. They were incredibly responsive and we never had to ask for an update as they were proactive in moving this along for us.

My husband and I work incredibly busy jobs with long hours which due to the nature of what we do has been more intensive than usual during this coronavirus period. We really did not have the time or energy to be comparing quotes and researching all elements of house buying and this pressure was intensified by the desire to move ahead of our first baby due in November (we only started looking at houses in August). BMI completely removed any pain or effort on the mortgage side of house buying and ensuring we had best value quotes tailored to us. They also recommended an excellent conveyancing firm which were fantastic as well (rarely heard in house buying). Oliver in particular was instrumental in moving the process along at pace inspiring confidence and trust from the start.
