5 stars doesn’t do Darren justice! My solicitor explained I needed to provide evidence of my mortgage raising capacity (or lack thereof) for my pending divorce. Darren Meehan made the entire process simple, quick and stress-free. Fantastic communication, empathetic and generous with both his time and fee. I had just signed up for the service and i badly need to increase my credit. We had an employee steal our IRS withholding payments for almost 2 years and now i have about 5 months left to refinance some medical equipment or we’re going to have to sell alot of equipment and it will make it harder to get our jobs done. I was jp all night comparing programs and SARA was so helpful. So caring. And just made me feel so much better. She made my whole day!

I highly recommend BMI.

Darren and Nicki from BMI were excellent. Always willing to answer any queries or concerns over the phone or email. A first mortgage can always be daunting, but BMI were superb by explaining every step of the way. For a big task like this it is always important to have someone just at the end of the phone and this place is not a call centre but a great personal experience.
