I love working with Bluebird Care because they're very helpful and approachable and they always helpful whenever you need them and the stuffs are very lovely always there to whatever the carer's needs. So I never have regrets since I started working for bluebird and I've been working for bluebird 3 years now and happy.

Bluebird care Dockland is one of the best care companies that I have worked with. They have a very supportive team,great training that will help you grow your skills, good communication. They go extra miles to care for both the carers and the clients. The Management really value the staffs wellbeing .

The carers of good but the company is stupid they changed the times but don't tell you that's crappy it's a silly company a stupid company I think the owner just needs cash if he was working in another place they would sack him

I am extremely grateful to and highly recommend Bluebird Lewisham & Southwark management and carers for stepping into the breach late in the day Thursday afternoon before the bank holiday Easter Weekend.
We had an unexpected emergency with my elderly 90 year old mother and were keen to keep her out of hospital, by supporting her at home. I contacted Bluebird (she has a BlueBird carer weekly) who organised carers to go into my mother twice daily to support her with her personal care whilst she was incapacitated, report back to me if she had taken her medications and any other concerns and visits from the District Nurse. They also provided my mother with reassurance and companionship in between family visiting over the long bank holiday weekend - I cannot emphasize the importance of this
The carers, like management, were caring, supportive, reassuring, kind and professional. It is so reassuring to know that Bluebird provide an excellent care service and our family are so very grateful

Awful company that I’m sure brings the reputation of Bluebird care as a whole. The Wolverhampton franchise is run by Support for Life who are incompetent and staff are poorly trained and I’ve suffered from stress and anxiety as a result of my lack of care and aggressive behaviour of staff and Selina. Avoid!!

First time we have ventured into organising care for a family member, and bluebird made it easy for us. They were very help-full and patient with us and tailor-made a package to suit our needs.
All the carers we have had so far have been exceptional and just the team you want to look after your loved one

He even helped me out by making a phone call to my wheelchair company for me he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried an absolutely decent chat worth a 20 star review in my opinion thoroughly deserves a good report and commendation fro. His employer thanksfor making everything so easy for me
