What a thoroughly nice chap he couldn't have been more helpful
He arrived on time and immediately carried on with what he needed to do
He even helped me out by making a phone call to my wheelchair company for me he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried an absolutely decent chat worth a 20 star review in my opinion thoroughly deserves a good report and commendation fro. His employer thanksfor making everything so easy for me

Excellent service. I'm really happy with the regular carers that Bluebird send to support me. Would definitely recommend.

I have been with Bluebird for over 3 and half years now and it’s by far the best company to work for, I do not in-vision myself anywhere else. Nothing but support from all, I took some time off to become a mum short of 2 years ago and since then they have been nothing but supportive of my needs around childcare and work. I enjoy visiting all of our customers and helping them to live safely, comfortably and happily within their own home where they belong.

Thanks to all at Bluebird for all their efforts and kindness they showed to our Mum over the last few years and especially as her care needs increased in the last couple of months requiring a live in carer. We had the re-assurance that she was being well cared for, had someone to talk to and was never alone when family could not be with her, many thanks again.

Bluebird care have supported me from the very start and have been nothing but amazing. even when I was nervous about having care. They have show me kindness and care throughout and the carers feel like family.

Bluebird Care are a wonderful company who really care about their members of staff and customers. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I can highly recommend Bluebird Care. They really listen to their clients and provide excellent care. They are very sensitive to the needs of the people they care for. My husband did not feel he needed someone to be with him while I was out and therefore was a little reluctant to accept someone coming at first. He now looks forward to his chats with these ‘interesting young men who visit him’. I can now relax when I leave him knowing that he is safe and happy. Thank you Bluebird Care.

Bluebird have been a lifeline for us in a very rough time . Kind, knowledgable and professional staff they truly understand what is needed and work hard to make it happen. Staff are very professional and supportive not just of the person in their care but also the carer or parent. Cannot recommend Bluebird care enough they’ve made such a difference to us and we are so grateful

Donna Young is absolutely incredible. I've had various emails and conversations with her back and forth to so my grandfather's care out as he was discharged from hospital. I cannot thank this lady enough. She has been amazing and thanks to her my granddad's care will get taken over by this lovely company on the 16th of March, I just wanted to say thank you so much to Donna Young and the team for making this so much nicer for my Grandad and the family xxxx

These people DON'T phone back. I've called twice regarding my elderly parents and each time they've said they'll call back and they don't! I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism. Don't touch with a barge pole.

We have been with Amanda and her team for a long time, and I honestly cannot fault the care my nan has received.

Private care is expensive, but you truly get what you pay for. The girls have always been kind, professional, and most importantly, they made my nan feel safe, secure and genuinely cared for. That peace of mind as a family member is priceless.

Sadly, as her needs have increased, we’ve had to move to a more affordable provider. It wasn’t a decision made lightly, and I don’t believe we’ll find anyone quite like Amanda’s team.

Thank you for everything you’ve done, you made a real difference to her quality of life.

I cannot thank this incredible team enough for the care and dedication they have shown to my dad. From the very beginning, the carers supported him with his day-to-day needs, helping with washing and personal care several times a week. They carried out every visit with genuine kindness, professionalism, and remarkable attention to detail.

What has impressed me most is the consistency and compassion shown by the entire team. They always treated my dad with dignity and respect, ensuring he felt comfortable and supported at all times.

A very special thank you to Anke for her exceptional help and guidance. Her advice, reassurance, and commitment played such an important role in making sure my dad’s wish to return to his own home became a reality. That meant more to us than words can express.

We are truly grateful for the continued support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful team to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate care.
