Very disappointed

Very disappointed, felicia was ringing me every day to deposit 300euro into revolut, i was scammed before and honestly i believe her 💯, so i did deposit 300euro into revolut and then she transferred it to bitcoin wallet number is OBAOZZ8CKDX
OJFUFU , SHE PROMISED ME YESTERDAY I COULD WITHDRAW BACK MY 300EURO I BORROWED FROM MY SON , SO I COULD GIVE IT BACK TODAY , 12 HOURS IS ALL I HAD TO WAIT , SO PLEASE TRANSFER BACK TO MY REVOLUT ACCOUNT, I'M NOT INTERESTED ANYMORE, PLEASE RESPOND

Closed my account for no reason

Closed my account due to "violations of their terms and conditions". When I asked what I had done wrong their reply was "unable to provide a specific explanation regarding the recommendation to close your account". Made me cash out - I couldn't even transfer BTC to another platform. Absolutely useless.

Engage with these low lives at your peril!

I made the foolish mistake of registering an account with this company without checking them out on Trustpilot ( where they have managed an impressive 70% of one star reviews lol! ). Anyway, oblivious, I bought around £400 of btc on their site which I then decided to send to another exchange (Tap Global) where I have an account with the simple purpose of topping up my debit card. This should be a mundane everyday action but to my shock and dismay the blockheads at Blockchain decided to 'block' this perfectly legal transaction by flagging it as some form of sinister money-laundering. They demanded proof ad nauseum that the Tap account was indeed my own and proceeded to interrogate me like a criminal with all manner of nonsensical questions: what were my 'plans', how did I hear about Tap ( an established and reputable company they had not themselves heard of ) etc. etc.

Once I looked Blockchain up on Trustpilot and read some of the horror stories of people who had lost thousands of pounds by engaging with this company (which is not registered with the FCA) I was sure I would be another of their victims. Thankfully however I was allowed to recover my money after they closed my account on the basis that I had violated their 'terms and conditions'.

Clearly if you want a crypto exchange which doesn't let you take your money out then Blockchain.com is the platform for you!

FUNDS LOCKED ; NO REPLY IN 9 MONTHS

I opened my ticket over 9 months ago and still have not received a proper reply. My account was fully verified then one day I was told it was randomly unverified and there is now no way for me to reverify it. My funds have been locked in there for 9 months. Please answer my ticket #5886787. THIS IS SHOCKING!!

After successful register on my phone…

After successful register on my phone new diverse since over 10 years which I have been a member registered of blockchain which I want register with my Same email address that I used to register on blockchain for the past 10 years ago which I have lost access to my blockchain wallet now that I have successful register on my phone that give me a confident that I will be able to recover my access to my wallet which I've lost the password for the past 10 years ago

What is the error that you are getting?There is a minimum amount required to be able to place an order. You can press “Sell Max” and the system will determine if it is enough to proceed with the transaction.
You can alternate the amount you wish to sell between crypto or fiat by pressing ↕
The system will automatically sell your crypto in the currency you have set as your “trading currency.” For example, if you want to sell your crypto to EUR the trading currency must be set as EUR.

I lost £50

I lost £50. Be very careful when using this app. Customer Support was very quick to respond but the website has no protections, if you send the wrong token/network/chain it will let you fail and then they will advise 'you lost your money, nothing we can do'. So I would only recommend this app for seasoned Crypto users, beginners stay away!

Company refuses to refund assets to my bank

Tryed to transfer crypto to my private wallet and the exchange locked my account. The wallet address is legit on Onchain. After locking account refused to let me withdraw my funds back to my bank. A number of my wires to them read “pending” and they still would not release them back to my bank. It seems that they don’t want you to remove your own crypto.
