Terrible app, constant identity verifications during which you lose any interest that they might pay otherwise

From my phone call today I have 1.2 bitcoin in an account that I haven’t used in a long time. This equates to £82000 but I need to verify my account and this will require £700!

It's really nice and legitable

Block Chain is a company trusted worldwide and I've never heard of its negativity since. My personal experience with it all other trending or upcoming exchanges are regulated to it even though others do not comply with the regulation. Given its track record so far I'm impressed and can recommend it to my fellow companions.

I bought crypto about 2yrs back and not been trading regularly. however I am not able to access my account now for some reason?? very annoying cause I hv to pay out money but I cannot access. very annoying. I contacted them but they were not any help. very disappointed with em.

I have been a fully verified user for years. I even re-verified my identity just 24 hours before this incident. As soon as I withdrew my full balance to a private wallet, I received a robotic email claiming "suspicious geographic activity" and stating they have "paused my withdrawals" as a precaution.

I haven't moved, haven't used a VPN, and haven't traveled in 5 years. They are locking an empty account just to harass a departing user with invasive questions about my address and travel history.

This is exactly why people are leaving centralized platforms. They "safeguard" your funds by preventing you from accessing them. If you value your money, move it to a self-custody wallet before they trigger these fake "security" scripts on you. Absolute joke of a company.

I am trying to withdraw funds through ETH and they wonting me to pay a process fee which they say it 95% refundable and cannot proceed without this fee is this correct as one does not normally pay up front to withdraw

I have money there and can't use it for nothing. I don't know why support is a joke

The speed of transaction processing is top-notch.

I used blockchain pay, purchase 122 USD of Solana. They charged my card, and the order remained on processing, reached out to support they said if not done in 24h follow up. Now it's 3 days later, over 20 emails sent, no response. Ignoring me. The order page lies and says my card wasn't charged as well however it was. I have escalated it to my bank and will be encouraging them to block blockchain.com as it commits fraud like this .

Blockchain's security is non-existent.
I advised them of unauthorised activity on my wallet account a week+ ago, by someone in Bangladesh, and now my Bitcoin wallet is empty, thanks to their slow response.
Now they have emailed me to say that security of my account is NOT their responsibility and there is nothing they can do , or will do, to try to retreive it.
So if any of your Bitcoin disappears from your account you will be on your own with no help at all.
My advice is to avoid them like the plague unless you want to lose all your Bitcoin because of poor security.

I’ve used this service for years with no issues until now. I can’t make purchase anymore and the support can’t help me. They keep telling me how happy they are to help but all the say is try again, or wait 24 hours and try again. I’m sure they will reply to this review saying they can help me but all they do is say the same useless nonsense again. Very disappointing

I can’t seem to recover my previous account I have tried everything and it is under the email

I have transactions pending for a very long time. I have spoken to support on email but they respond after hours of waiting to the point that I’m now just getting one response per day. They kept on passing me around to different people and having to repeat the same processes everytime. Today I opened a new ticket via live chat but I haven’t received the confirmation email. It’s very frustrating and unreliable.

My ticket number is 6283641

I started noticing quicker responses and faster action after writing a review here. The issue was resolved however my account was permanently suspended so it’s now useless. I have closed it and moved to a different provider with significantly lower fees and faster payment times.

Props to whoever is responsible for responding to reviews I will the whole support team could be as efficient as the review team.

So personally, I wouldn’t recommend Blockchain for anything It’s a complete waste of time and their age in the business doesn’t mean they work better so don’t buy into that. After my account was fully verified, I still went through more verification processes giving them my ID, Self and that handwritten note only to be told that they couldn’t verify my identity. I used it because it’s the only wallet I knew but a friend recommended a different wallet and I have managed to get verified and transact more while Blockchain was busy freaking out over a £180 transaction I made.

So NO, don’t use this unless you really really have to like your life depends on it otherwise stay away from Blockchain.com
