They mask corporate fraud in compliance and software bugs
Their app would always have a bug, fail to login or have sending problems whenever theres a market rally users can benefit from.
I doubt its a coincidence if its that consistent since 2016
They freeze accounts of fully verified kyc compliant users to solve their insolvency issue while pretending it is AML policy
I dont know anyone considering using this company but i would say this one time !
You are better off hanging your private keys on a billboard that letting this company "protect" your asset.
They want it and they cannot hide it.

SCAM COMPANY STAY AWAY!!
I would give zero stars if i could! Stay away from this fraudulent company! They put my account on hold with no reason. Started asking me to send in bank statements and payslips which i did! Only for them completely remove all my verification after. Before this happened i withdrew £710 to my bank which they will not release! There are so many stories online about them doing this to other people. Stay well away from them and dont trust them with your crypto or money! I will be reporting this company with all the evidence i have!

I am unable to access or use my funds, and they have not been returned to me. Initially, my account verification was declined without a clear explanation, and now the company is refusing to process my withdrawal.
This situation has left me with no access to my own money, which is completely unacceptable. I have contacted support but have not received any meaningful resolution.
I strongly urge Blockchain.com to review my case and resolve this issue immediately. At this point, I am requesting a formal investigation into this matter.

This is the first time I've used a wallet address, and 5 minutes after transferring money, they block the account and steal your cryptocurrencies under the pretext of policy. Never trust these scumbags. I recommend using Binance wallet addresses. Don't give these thieving scumbags any profit, and you'll understand what I mean when your money is confiscated.

Stay away from this app. They are obviously abusing people over false compliance reasons. They ask you for verification documents then just seconds after uploading your documents they reject access and refuse to provide explanation for their actions. I've never encountered such incompetent compliance procedure with any other platform. Your money is not safe there.

Using data leaks to phone new customers
A few years ago I signed up to a company using my telephone number and a pseudonym (fake name). I only ever used that pseudonym with that company. The company's data was then hacked and released in a "data leak", which included my "name" and telephone number.
Today, BlockChain Ltd cold-called me on the same telephone number and asked to speak to my pseudonym name. So BlockChain Ltd are obviously using leaked data lists to cold-call new customers. That's incredibly unethical and legally questionable (in my opinion).

Cold calling, a really rude, pushy representative. I obviously wasnt a good candidate, as when he found out I wasn't familiar with the company, he hung up.
