The company who steals from customers

I logged in to the website to ask for help. The helpdesk staff transferred my funds to another wallet and stole my money. I hired a lawyer, as the complaints desk and CEO first blamed me and then blocked me. Their legal team is one guy who has a bad attitude and treats customers as if they are an annoyance. The company refuses to release the logs of my online chat with the helpdesk, as the logs would prove they have corrupt and thieving staff. The company staff are liars and thieves and have Zero commitment to customer satisfaction.

Do not trust this scam wallet that will…

Do not trust this scam wallet that will block your funds and say that you are not allowed to withdraw and they couldn’t verify you while my account was fully verified. My withdrawals have been suspended for more than 3 years and support is unresponsive.

You fraudulenty took $280 from my bank…

You fraudulenty took $280 from my bank account. Your page appeared on a Poshmark app I was trying to join. I want the $280 put back into my bank account immediately. I do not even know what crypto is. I have contacted local authorities and my bank.

I have been contacted by Blockchain…

I have been contacted by Blockchain regarding a crypto wallet that I have from money that was part of a scam, put in this wallet and now blockchain wants 600.00 canadian to re activate this account so I can get my money back. Is this legit, they also keep on putting time limits on getting this account active or the account will be cancelled. can they do that? please advise

Highly Sceptical!!!

I received a call from a gentleman (CF) who informed me that I had a frozen account with a balance of 3.2 cryptocurrency. He advised that to unfreeze the account I needed to provide identification, make a transaction (purchase £430 worth of bitcoins to demonstrate account activity) and then decide whether to withdraw some or all of the funds. CF sent the following email:

‘You are receiving this email as a registered user of Blockcchain-com. Our records indicate that your account, associated with this email address, currently holds a balance of 3.2 BTC, equivalent to approximately £155,586.89 (subject to market fluctuations).

Your account was originally created through our platform; however, due to a prolonged period of inactivity, it has been temporarily placed in a restricted state for security and compliance purposes.

We kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience to confirm your intentions and discuss the next steps. If you have any questions, our support team is available to assist.’

CF requested that I share my screen and showed me a live view of an account with my details and a changing balance.

However, I remain highly sceptical of the situation as scams are prevalent. I read a review on Trustpilot by Tonyas Spalding M who stated he was asked to unfreeze his account by buying £400 cryptocurrencies. He did so, and the account was not unfrozen and he lost his £400. I urge you to draw your own conclusions.

Unfortunately, what you’ve described matches a common impersonation scam. Please note that we are Blockchain, and we do not operate under the name “Blockcchain” (with a double “cc”). Scammers often use slight spelling variations to appear legitimate.

Blockchain.com will never :
- Call you unexpectedly about a “frozen” account holding large balances
- Ask you to purchase cryptocurrency to “unfreeze” an account
- Request screen sharing access
- Ask you to send funds to prove account activity

I have been trying to access my wallet since 2021

I have been trying to access my wallet and my funds since 2021. Yes, 2021, they asked me to create a new account/wallet and verify my KYC manually as well as on the app, so I had to take a picture with my ID, face and other details and I patiently did. Then heard nothing. Again I contacted them and went through the same process, they still give no access to my wallet. Meanwhile I have cryptos and funds still in the wallet and no clear way to get access whatsoever. The login process is messed up and redirects me to a different wallet when I login.

This must be the worst experience I have ever had in my adult life.

Again I made another gbp bank transfer…

Again I made another gbp bank transfer deposit and it’s been pending for a day, support takes years to reply…. Unreliable company…….

Update: their customer support team doesn’t reply for 8 hours at a time and Whe they do they expect you to answer within 3 minutes or they close the chat… what a stupid way to operate a company that handles people’s money, absolutely terrible, do not make an account…
