Leave me alone!

I get multiple calls from unknown numbers and emails wanting to discuss my investment. But I DO NOT have any money invested and have absolutely NO INTEREST in doing so. No idea where you have got my information from but I sure wish you would leave me alone.

The only thing I have trouble with is…

The only thing I have trouble with is the changing of the place where I deposit an amount that I withdraw.
I started with the Bank located at Chase and when I withdrew that amount I think when to a credit card ?
But the one credit card is mine I know and the other is maybe my card. I am looking now.

SCAM EXCHANGE, I WANT TO TRANSFER MY MONEY TO A DIFFERENT WALLET INCLUDING PENDING TRANSACTIONS SO I CAN DELETE MY ACCOUNT


I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with blockchain service. I initiated a transaction from my wallet several days ago, and it has remained pending ever since. This delay is completely unacceptable, and I honestly do not understand why a simple transaction should take this long without any clear explanation. I have already contacted their support team multiple times regarding this issue, but the responses I have received have been vague, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. They Simply blamed network issues or fees without providing any concrete solution or timeline especially considering that the transaction has been stuck for days. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in their platform. It is starting to feel like Blockchain is deliberately withholding my funds, which raises serious concerns about the integrity of their service. Frankly, it looks like they are trying to scam me out of my money. I want this issue resolved immediately. I also want to withdraw all the funds in my account and proceed with deleting it permanently. I no longer wish to use a platform that cannot provide basic reliability or proper customer support. Who ever reads this about blockchain, don’t use their platform. And if the developer is reading this, please help me take my money out of my account and delete it for good… this unacceptable, I need to move all my money from my account including pending transactions so I can delete my account as soon as possible

Stalkers with fairy tale stories

Terrible company. Stalking me by phone with fairy tales on me having over 200.000 euros in crypto somewhere and they can pay me this. Very aggresive on the phone, very pushy. I can't get a word in between. They don't want to listen, they don't want me to end the conversation. They keep calling me. I wouldn't trust this company at all.

Customer service are very good. Be careful sending bitcoin, double check the address you sending to every time. Make sure it hasn't been changed or updated before sending.

Poor Accountability and Disregard for Customers

Almost 9 hour ago, a withdrawal transaction (Ticket 6447354) was executed and has been "confirming". I received "One" email asking me "the purpose of my transaction" to which i replied and subsequently have sent 7 other messages. I got no further response.
No explanation why there was a delay, no information on the status of the funds.
On the support platform on the app i was informed numerous times that "a team" will reachout to me soon to "explain", not process my transaction but explan what the issue is and even that has not occurred in Almost 9 hours. How can this be cool in 2026? I used other reputable exchanges for year and have never had 5% the issues i have had in a single day.
Aren't crypto transaction suppose to be almost instant?
Weren't banks the "slow" guys?
What happened to accountability?
What happened to regard for customers?
Why were there no "issues" when depositing funds gradually built over time in the account but all of a sudden there are issues for a withdrawal?
Why wasn't i asked why i was making a deposit but im being asked why im making a withdrawal?
After i have explained 7 TIMES why is there SILENCE all of a sudden?
Why the insincere delay tactics?

How did i get myself involved with an organisation that has 69% negative reviews out of almost 7,000 entries!

I am thoroughly disappointed at the unprofessional, deceitful and lacklustre service/conduct at Blockchain.com, It is a big shame!

P.S
1. It's now been almost 17hrs... insincere enquiries were made by BC.com after this post was made... "HOWEVER FUNDS STILL HELD RANSOM"... and im being asked "if i want to proceed with the transaction" after that's is all my 11 emails and multiple chat sessions with bots and agents have stated.

The deceit is horrible!

2. It's now been 23hrs... and I've been informed by BC.com that "Upon further review" the address "allocated to me" by BC.com is an "OLD ADDRESS" and that's why there is a problem. SO, there were no issues depositing into an old address (DEFINITELY NOT)... BC.com only drew the line at a withdrawals from an "OLD ADDRESS".

So more than 23hrs later i was informed MY ISSUE will be resolved "SHORTLY".

I might be illiterate... but i have used my tradfi bank account for more than 20yrs, but have never heard such from the "OLD ANTIQUATED BANKING SYSTEM" but it is apparently a thing with the new cutting edge system at BC.com.

I will try to find bliss in ignorance.

3. It's now been 2 days and only 2 Vague emails received from BC.com. No funds released no accountability.

4. It's been 3 days now to make an instant transaction, i have gotten no further emails from Blockchain.com (while i continue to send queries multiple times daily), no explanation, no update, nothing! ...
A truly horrible organisation!

5. Its now been 5 days, and the standard withdrawal transaction is still "confirming"... issue remains unresolved, communication remains vaugue to nonexistent.

6. It's been 7 days no resolution, Zero Accountability, nothing!... Beware of BC.com its worse that a dead traditional bank.

7. Just shy of 8 wasted days, funds were eventually released. No concrete reason given for the delay. After my recent experience i hope to NEVER have anything to do with blockchain.com ever again and anyone that values quality service and accountability, would be adviced to read the reviews here b4 they do so and consider if an organisation which has 69% bad reviews of almost 7000 reviews is the kind they want to commit valueable resources to... the jury is out there. IMO BC.com showed to be a horrible and very poorly run and managed organisation. It lacks a culture of accountability and was incapable of basic communication. They were extremely unprofessional in their dealings with what was suppose to be a troubling occurrence for any sane financial institution.

Never again for me.

terrible system and customer service

was a previous user to this i used blockchain since 2020 occasionally i went slow and waited a day for funds to transfer when high network activity this happened again was happening last month it happened for more than a week got in contact 3 weeks later of waiting the funds were released but then when i brought bitcoin and transferred i was blocked again but customer service demanding i submit my id again i submitted it and all i got was to blurry and wrong id this kept happening for a thither for 2 weeks of back and forth. in the end i demanded a refund with drew all my funds and deleted my account. do not invest in this company there quality has dropped to such a low level its not worth it

I NEED THIS MONEY URGENTLY AND I TRIED EMAILING THEM AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND. WHAT IN THE HELL!!!
