I found the process from beginning to…

I found the process from beginning to end was very smooth. No matter at what stage I was at, everyone was punctual and professional. Additional Kuddos to the install team, they were very efficient and clean. I recommend Blinds to Go if you're looking for a little extra service and professionalism.

I Love My New Blinds from Blinds To Go

The staff at Blinds to Go are very professional, friendly, and great at what they do. I brought in my measurements and ordered a new venetian blind with the design consultant. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was, including the manufacturing and the installation. Within two weeks, my blind was made and ready for installation. I was very pleased with the fast service and the installation was quick and easy. My installer was very courteous and took the time to show me how to properly care for my new blind and how to operate it effectively. It looks beautiful in my window and I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend Blinds to Go.

The stuff is very friendly

The stuff is very friendly, it was easy to choose type of shades with the help of Nicole and Maria. Measurement and installation went very smoothly also. I recommend this business if you are looking for the new shades:)

All great , except customer service

Salesperson(Shawn) good
Measurement tech-good
Installer -ok-nice but put one set of blinds in bracket incorrectly
Return Installer (Jeff) spotted issue right away and snapped blinds into place as well as testing the others
Trouble shooter(Jamie) good
Customer Service -bad. Anytime I called , they refused to help. I always had to go to a higher level to get appts around my work schedule. Even when the blinds fell down an hr after installation, they refused to get me an immediate appt. The customer relations person finally got someone to return and adjust. The product is great -the salespeople and specialists are professional but the people I had to call for service really need to be trained properly.

The worst experience of my lifetime

The worst experience of my lifetime. They have messed up my order several times and very slow to respond. The salesperson blames the designer who blames the factory who blames the installer one and two etc. No accountability by anyone at all. It has taken multiple calls for anyone to even respond and correct the order. It still remains pending after several weeks of chasing. Order number 434375

Lystra was fantastic!

Lystra made my appointment so seamless, easy and stress free. She was so professional - already prepared with a quote but also offered other options when I came in person to meet with her. She is sending samples to my house so I have them before my measurement appointment and made the entire process so easy to follow. I am so pleased with how quickly she was able to set up the appointment and walk me thru the ordering process. She is a wonderful employee!! Thank you again for your help, advice and time today.
