There was aproblem with the store needing to reshedule the installation of our order for 14 blinds in our cottage. They contacted us only about 2 hours prior to the change when we were on route to the location. My daughter who was driving me there had taken the day off work (Friday) to get me there and she had no other time.eventually it was resheduled and the work was completed on Sunday This was extremely inconvenient and resulted in us having to rechedule other appointments at the last minute. It was stressful and took time that we didn't have. Disappointing!

Really great but stop bugging me
The service, help and advice were really great. The quality and fit is excellent and delivery was exactly as stated. My only quibble is that suddenly you are inundated with requests for rating s. I wrote a good recommendation right away and yet we still get requests for a review 2 weeks later. That is really annoying, so beware if that. After several requests I asked for them to stop but they just keep coming. Beware if this, it mars sm otherwise great experience.

Excellent value for my recent purchase
I recently purchased customer roller blinds from Blinds To Go and couldn't be happier. I was helped by two design consultants. They understood my needs well. Their selection of colors, light-filtering options and choice of mechanism were impressive. Their staff for measurement and installation were also experienced and friendly. Highly recommend if you want quality window treatments.
