Questionable experience this time
Ordering from the site was easy enough, as it always is. However, the discount for adding additional spending to the order was not added, I wasn’t given the opportunity to select my free full sized product and the complimentary product offered with my discount wasn’t added to my bag. Customer service chatting was challenging. Apparently the situation was escalated and I will be contacted in a day or two, but it took over 1/2 hour to get that determination.

customer Service chat was not helpful in resolving my issue from my order dated 4/14/26.
I was asked for a screenshot of the promotion I had expected to receive , which was no longer available the following day to send. The rep asked for so much information from me which was bewildering considering it has to be in your computer system. I did not receive 20% off the eye cream as the promotion listed. Very disappointing!

I love your products
I love your products. They are wonderful on my skin and using a clean formula is important to me. The only improvement I would suggest is to your website navigation. It would be great if it was easier to locate products quickly- like the shop all menu on the main page.

Disappointed to see that the SPF 30…
Disappointed to see that the SPF 30 formula has been phased out! Trying the new SPF 50, but you guys really need to sell it in larger sizes than 2 oz bottles! Sunscreen needs to come in larger quantities!

I felt that the site could do a better…
I felt that the site could do a better job to provide benefits of the products.. In the bundles it never shows the order the produce should be used and whether it morning, night, or occasionally. Also why one bundle is better than another. I bought a travel pack an it had rose oil in it. When do you use it? How does it help you skin. When do you used sunscreen.
I ended up using Ai gemi and it ask what I wanted the product to do? Then it made recomendations.

Website offer issues
I had planned on ordering additional items, because three different times a pop-up message came up stating if I added extra product, I would get 25% off and a free mega bag. I would then add the additional product however the deal was not added to my cart, and the message went away. I tried contacting customer service but did not get resolution. It’s very disappointing.

Bad Wedsite
I kept having to refresh the page for the website to work. What should have taken me five minutes took about twenty. Plus, I had to "sign up for emails and texts" about three times before it actually registered, and it didn't say there were any stipulations when I did it (I checked) and there were. I like the products, but the website could definitely use some maintenance.

Wasted time looking for fake promo
I generally like these products. I kept getting a message that I should login to get a free product as a VIP. Turns out I'm not a VIP and I don't qualify for any free products, but it took awhile for me to find that page. It was a waste of time.
