I miss the way Biossance was before it was sold. I get so many texts, emails and none of the promotions last very long so I am never sure when to place the order as I will miss a deal the next day. I've lost reward points because they expire faster which I don't understand since I made the purchase so why expire? They gave me a birthday offer that expired before my actual birthday. Packaging is all messy, there's no more travel sizes, it's just a lot of work now. I've been a customer for many years, but am looking into alternative options.

Your products are wonderful. I’ve used them for years. I recently found out I have rosacea and I’m now rethinking all my skin care. I was pleasantly pleased that most of what I already use from your brand is okay. I do wish rosacea recommendations would be called out on website and I do wish you had more rosacea like products with bakuchoil and Azelaic Topical Acid. Really anything that addresses aging and redness. I would love to use retinol but it’s just inflaming my skin.
Regarding the app. This is the first time I used it to order. I found it a bit wonky and couldn’t find my normal items unless I typed them in. This tech definitely needs a little work.
I love the fact that Biossance products meets EWG certification and/or are very low on the harmful ingredients list. I love their products.
Been using this product require some time and it’s fantastic. App is easy to navigate as is the website. Haven’t dealt with their Customer Service, but shipment is fairly fast.
The process of using your points for a discount is very confusing and it took the points away but I still don’t see it in the final cost. It’s really disappointing and has happened before. I used a $10 “coupon” from my points but it didn’t work.

My order was cancelled, a few hours I placed It and no explanation was given. This was my first order and I was so excited. When I try To log into my account to see why it was canceled it says I don't Have an account, even though I signed up for one.

I love their products and normally purchase from Sephora. This time I wanted to try purchasing directly. I was charged shipping even with my purchase over the fee amount. I received our to customer service before finalizing my purchase. Was told to complete it the order and if there was still a shipping fee, she would refunded me. Nope that was not the case. So I chatted again with customer service and was told the order needed to be completed before they can do anything. I feel like I'm already getting the run around. Hope not because I really like the facial cream
