Scammers
Scammers. It's been weeks since my partner ordered a pair of shorts - they never arrived despite dpd saying they had delivered. Customer service hasn't responded to both complaints we've sent out - starting on the 6th of June.
Avoid and don't waste your time and money. Contact your bank as you will not get a response from Billabong - they will just steal your money.

Order not received after 2 weeks, customer service are very slow to respond and haven’t provided any useful information. I bought shorts as a gift and now have no present and no refund.

Lost my items yet expect more of my money?
Item hasn't moved in transit in two weeks. Is one week overdue for delivery yet seemingly in another country. Billabong offered a 30% discount on my next order. When my current order isn't even with me. Why would anyone hand more money over to a company when they don't receive their purchases?

I ordered two items and was told if I added another I would receive a promotional reward. I did this. Only the third item was delivered. The two I wanted were declared "unavailable". Poor

Absolutely useless package tracking.Ordered multiple items and some come from outside uk and mine got lost. Useless support from Billabong with probably an AI support. I’d be wary of ordering more than one item at a time and they do little to resolve problems

Avoid buying from this company
One item was missing from the order and been waiting over 3 weeks with no ability to track the order and zero response from web contact form other than an automated response. Have emailed and submitted the contact form multiple times and not got any further. There is no phone number and no way of cancelling the order to get a refund so they have the money but I have a bikini top with no bottoms. Worst customer experience ever.

The company can improve my responding to emails. And completing shipment details for couriers so then customers can find out what has happened to their order. Do not recommended. You won’t get your items. Should have ordered off Amazon

I made my order on the 6th June, it is now the 18th June and I have still not received it. The tracking is useless and the customer service is non existent. I would go out of my way to avoid using Billabong in any capacity in the future.

I ordered a bikini set but only received the top. I contacted customer services over a week ago regarding the missing item, but I have not yet received a response.
Parcel had not been delivered
Parcel had not been delivered, despite being claimed that it was, with no photo evidence of that delivery. Waited for the parcel for 18 days, didn't arrive. Gave two enquiries and was met with one automated response that told me it was delayed and then no further response after questioning. Now being 11 days after the enquiry, still no reply or refund.
Essentially stealing my money with no product.

I paid £70 for a bikini on 30th May, still has not arrived. Some tracking info says it’s been delivered, some says it out for delivery. No one is responding to my emails. I think the brand must be having some financial issues. Contacting my bank now to try and get the money back. Feel so disappointed having bought from them before and had good service. Do not order from Billabong!!!
Awful customer service
I ordered some items as a present, the package hasn’t shown up, despite placing the order 18 days ago. I have emailed the company twice and have had no response. I spoke to the delivery company who confirmed the issue is the sellers end. I am fuming and will not be purchasing from this company again. Unfortunately as I hadn’t received my parcel, my dad has to go without his Father’s day gifts.
