I’ve bought things in the past and have…

I’ve bought things in the past and have always found return’s difficult but I’ve even got return information and no refund. I’ve tried ringing and email for 2 months and not had a single return email other than a standard generated one. I’m still trying to contact them hopefully they may see this though I doubt it very much.

Basically a scam site

I ordered 2 pairs of swimming shorts. The parcel arrived contained only 1 pair. I emailed customer and received no response. So I've basically been scammed. I had heard of Billabong growing up but this is NOT the same company now. Do NOT order here, there is a high chance things will go wrong and you will be out of pocket.

Do not purchase with Billabong it you have any intention of returning the item

The order arrived with no issues after 10 days. I realised it was a 16" pair of shorts with an inner lining, not quite what I wanted and I started the returns process. When trying to create a returns label you are asked to enter the order number. The AI response did not recognise my order number, after 9 attempts and several hours trying it in different formats I gave up. There is no customer service other than continual ai responses. Do not order from Billabong!

Customer service is now awful.

Customer service is now awful.
Can’t despatch an item within the timeframe but can’t cancel either. Have to wait for a late delivery to return and close account. Bizarre business.
Also have to wait 10 after they have received a return before they will process a refund!
Plenty more options to buy clothing from.

Nearly a month later and still no…

Nearly a month later and still no order, tracking doesn’t update and customer service don’t bother to respond, other than to send an automated email. I’d avoid ordering from here unless you want to lose money.

Hasn't arrived and no reply

It has taken over 3 weeks and my shorts have still not arrived. The tracking information is ambiguous and says delivered (which it hasn't been) but I get a different status if I put the number into the DPD website which just says in transit.

I haven't had a reply to 3 messages I have sent about this issue, just a generic message offering a 30% discount due to courier delays that I would not want to use given the experience so far. Also, an email saying please do not email them, as it slows down replies, but no actual reply. Delivery estimate and promised time to reply to emails all not met.

Very poor customer service which is well below my expectations direct from Billabong - probably my worst experience shopping online to date. I fear that I will probably have to raise it as a case with payment merchant soon.

Absolutely diabolical service. I regret the purchase and wouldn't use again or reccomend Billabong as a result. If only I had checked the reviews before I ordered - naively assumed Billabong would offer a good service. Lesson learnt. Hopefully others will see the pattern and not make the same mistake.

Ordered my tshirt 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t been delivered ; I keep tracking dpd and they keep changing shipping date to today’s date every day , I got email to give review of a product I have not even received yet and not sure I’ll receive

Scammers

Scammers. It's been weeks since my partner ordered a pair of shorts - they never arrived despite dpd saying they had delivered. Customer service hasn't responded to both complaints we've sent out - starting on the 6th of June.

Avoid and don't waste your time and money. Contact your bank as you will not get a response from Billabong - they will just steal your money.

Order not received after 2 weeks

Order not received after 2 weeks, customer service are very slow to respond and haven’t provided any useful information. I bought shorts as a gift and now have no present and no refund.
I’d recommend buying elsewhere.
