3/4 items weren't on hand. At first, I cancelled the part of my order that would supposedly arrive at their logistics facility in May. That didn't help things much. Expected day to ship -- not the ETA -- was moved to one week after I ordered. That's not acceptable and I was worried that there was no guarantee even that the item would ship on April 20. So I cancelled my order. I give 2 stars because their customer service (via bots / AI) is useful and it is good that their website has a button to eliminate items from the order and/or to cancel the order outright.

Stay very clear from this waste of space website. They dont have any stock they claim to have. Items never get delivered. Customer service is shocking. As the saying goes. If it sounds to good to be true it genuinely is. Awful site and service

Very Poor Customer Service
Ordered on 17th March, finally delivered on 15th April. Initial delay caused by stock shortage but far longer delay because of the order apparently getting lost between warehouse and courier. It was very difficult getting in touch with a human agent and, when I did, I was told to be patient and they would update me. They didn't. Very poor customer service.

Initially I was apprehensive about buying something from another country but the whole process was brilliant. I was kept fully updated on postage and tracking etc and the package arrived within a week of ordering. Great price (; cheaper than I could find in the UK) so I will be using you again.

Poor delivery timings.
Poor delivery timings. Given their delivery schedule my item was delivered 4-6 days later. Having paid for delivery (most retailers send for free these days!) I'd expect a better service. Zero communication and robotic replies when contacting customer service.

Product seems fine but delivery was very slow - it is not made clear the item was coming from Spain to the UK and subject to customs delays. Don’t buy on a whim as by the time it arrives you have moved on.

I think Bikeinn is a scam. Best avoided.
Update
The firm has been in touch, and quite miraculously, the order is now showing up in my Royal Mail app as a package they have had in their possession since 27 March at their depot in Coventry but nothing has shifted since then. I still think everything with this firm smacks of online scammers. I shall keep folks updated. IN THE MEANTIME, MY ADVICE WOUKD BE NOT TO PUTCHASE ANYTHING WITH THIS FIRM.

They have asked me to supply them with my original order number. They offer no way of responding, and their online chat and ticket system spins you out in an endless loop when you hit the submit ticket item. For the NOW PUBLIC record guys, my order number 67232709.
I REPEAT. THESE GUYS ARE SHOWING ALL THE HALLMARKS OF SCAMMERS. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

This company claims I have received my package. I have not. The tracking info suggests it arrived in Coventry on 27 March but it has never arrived at my home. The photo of the package provided is clearly not at my home but in the back of a vehicle of no clear identification. When I raise this on their customer page it just rejects my requests having said it would raise a ticket. I think these guys might be scam merchants and am instructing my bank to chase them.
