Poor delivery service outside EU
This online platform for selling bicycle parts has a major drawback: its customer support is extremely poor and does nothing to ensure customer satisfaction — unlike other platforms, which is very disappointing. When I placed an order and used their service to ship items to my country, they sent the shipment, but it was later rejected by customs, and I simply lost time. Time is far more valuable than money right now, and they clearly do not understand that. All they seem to do is move these orders back and forth and issue delayed refunds for payments made months ago.

Spend your money somewhere else
Loved to use bikeInn, have ordered many times before! But I am done with them, they provide a poor customer service and just sends autogenerated response to messages instead of actually reading the message and provide a response. They don’t have track of their ware house stock and don’t info you if any product you have pick is all the sudden not in stock anymore.. this is now the reason why I did get my order in time, an order I did 2 weeks ago and was informed was to be delivery between 16-20th of April and still have been shipped.. and now I don’t have the option to cancel the order as some of it has been packed! Such a bad experience

Terrible store to buy from
Terrible store to buy from. Always hugely over exaggerated delivery dates that usually take at least a month before they’re even shipped. Customer service is always utterly unhelpful and answers with platitudes instead of actual information. Stay away from unless you can’t find whatever you’re buying anywhere else.

Look Elsewhere!
I placed an order with Bikeinn on 27 March, paid in full, and expected normal EU delivery times. What I got instead was a masterclass in slow, opaque logistics.
Despite the item showing as “in stock”, nothing happened for 11 days. On 7 April, Bikeinn finally generated a shipping label — but they still didn’t hand the parcel to any carrier. For days, the tracking simply said “sender has shared details”, which means the parcel didn’t physically exist in the postal system yet.
Actual movement didn’t begin until 10 April, when it was finally accepted in Girona. It then took another three days to reach the EU hub in Breda, and as of 18 April, An Post still has not received the parcel in Ireland. That’s 22 days after ordering, and the Irish postal service can’t scan what they haven’t been given.
At this point, I genuinely doubt Bikeinn had the item in stock when I ordered. It feels like they only start sourcing the product after you pay, which explains the long “processing” limbo.
Prices are not that good, the German retailers are better value however , on this occasion BikeInn has the size that I needed, however, the delivery experience is the slowest I’ve ever had with any EU retailer. I won’t be ordering from Bikeinn again. Customer Service is non existent. I am still waiting despite a promised delivery of 10th April.

Big delivery delays, never their fault !
On the surface, they seem pretty good. Prices are good, but delivery was promised two or three days after I made the order. It came ten days late. After that, I've been on to support. They say, "Oh, look at the terms and conditions; the delivery date is not Guaranteed."
Numerous emails to customer services, poor responses. They just don't believe it's their fault. I would think twice before using them again. More than twice.

I didn’t get my bike part when I was told, was supposed to come on the Monday but didn’t get it till the Thursday therefore having to cancel my plans to go out on the bike

3/4 items weren't on hand
3/4 items weren't on hand. At first, I cancelled the part of my order that would supposedly arrive at their logistics facility in May. That didn't help things much. Expected day to ship -- not the ETA -- was moved to one week after I ordered. That's not acceptable and I was worried that there was no guarantee even that the item would ship on April 20. So I cancelled my order. I give 2 stars because their customer service (via bots / AI) is useful and it is good that their website has a button to eliminate items from the order and/or to cancel the order outright.
