Delayed deliveries

I appreciate the amount of products available, and they have very competitive price. However, the delivery time are not reliable. I got deliveries delayed more than once and now I am waiting for a packet since 2 weeks and it still not even sent. There should be more transaparency on this. I would not have bought the parts here, if I knew I had to wait 3 weeks.

The worst customer experience ever

The worst customer experience I've ever encountered. My e-bike developed a fault over 1 year ago (UK). Bikeinn received my bike 2 months ago (Spain) and they refuse to engage or communicate. I think my messages have been blocked. Unbelievable. If anyone reads this from Bikeinn, please escalate ref order 55668199. For anyone else, I suggest you avoid at all costs. Even if a bike looks like a bargain, my experience tells me you'll never get your bike or money back if it develops a fault. Hence, any warranty is pointless.

I always count on BikeInn to have the parts I need. It is nice to browse the products and see what Is available also. They even have manufacturers parts, so no worrying about quality. Probably the best feature, in my opinion, is the shipper choices. I know what delivery companies work well in my area and which ones don't. Really great communication!

Reasonable price and delivery time

Reasonable price and although due to a hitch with one of the parts the order was delivered quite quickly. I feel confident that bikeInn will deliver when I place an order with them.

Poor delivery service outside EU

This online platform for selling bicycle parts has a major drawback: its customer support is extremely poor and does nothing to ensure customer satisfaction — unlike other platforms, which is very disappointing. When I placed an order and used their service to ship items to my country, they sent the shipment, but it was later rejected by customs, and I simply lost time. Time is far more valuable than money right now, and they clearly do not understand that. All they seem to do is move these orders back and forth and issue delayed refunds for payments made months ago.

Spend your money somewhere else

Loved to use bikeInn, have ordered many times before! But I am done with them, they provide a poor customer service and just sends autogenerated response to messages instead of actually reading the message and provide a response. They don’t have track of their ware house stock and don’t info you if any product you have pick is all the sudden not in stock anymore.. this is now the reason why I did get my order in time, an order I did 2 weeks ago and was informed was to be delivery between 16-20th of April and still have been shipped.. and now I don’t have the option to cancel the order as some of it has been packed! Such a bad experience

Terrible store to buy from

Terrible store to buy from. Always hugely over exaggerated delivery dates that usually take at least a month before they’re even shipped. Customer service is always utterly unhelpful and answers with platitudes instead of actual information. Stay away from unless you can’t find whatever you’re buying anywhere else.

There are customs duties to Norway. You should be honest about pricing and include the duties in the price when customers purchase goods. I won’t be coming back.

Since the customs duties are calculated according to the type/value of the goods and other factors unknown to us, we cannot include them in the final price. These and the applicable customs fees are automatically billed separately by the shipping company; please contact them as they handle this process.

That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)

We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.

In addition to the purchase price and the transport costs, you will also find the VAT stated as 0 on your invoice.

Look Elsewhere!

I placed an order with Bikeinn on 27 March, paid in full, and expected normal EU delivery times. What I got instead was a masterclass in slow, opaque logistics.

Despite the item showing as “in stock”, nothing happened for 11 days. On 7 April, Bikeinn finally generated a shipping label — but they still didn’t hand the parcel to any carrier. For days, the tracking simply said “sender has shared details”, which means the parcel didn’t physically exist in the postal system yet.

Actual movement didn’t begin until 10 April, when it was finally accepted in Girona. It then took another three days to reach the EU hub in Breda, and as of 18 April, An Post still has not received the parcel in Ireland. That’s 22 days after ordering, and the Irish postal service can’t scan what they haven’t been given.

At this point, I genuinely doubt Bikeinn had the item in stock when I ordered. It feels like they only start sourcing the product after you pay, which explains the long “processing” limbo.

Prices are not that good, the German retailers are better value however , on this occasion BikeInn has the size that I needed, however, the delivery experience is the slowest I’ve ever had with any EU retailer. I won’t be ordering from Bikeinn again. Customer Service is non existent. I am still waiting despite a promised delivery of 10th April.

Big delivery delays, never their fault !

On the surface, they seem pretty good. Prices are good, but delivery was promised two or three days after I made the order. It came ten days late. After that, I've been on to support. They say, "Oh, look at the terms and conditions; the delivery date is not Guaranteed."

Numerous emails to customer services, poor responses. They just don't believe it's their fault. I would think twice before using them again. More than twice.
