Sent in with gears working fine. After being persuaded to get a new chain or the gears won’t work came back with bottom gear slipping and seat came lose first ride out. Picked up ok and with good comms although did take longer than advertised. Overall I was disappointed.

Fantastic firm. Fixed my Boost kit under warranty, no fuss. Collection & drop off was also fee free.
Communication is great too.

Did a very good job on 2 of my mountain bikes. Taking time fix all problems, and even allowing me to source some tricky parts to get the job completed.

Super speedy (when other shops said they'd need a couple of weeks), hassle free (they collected and returned to my home, even when I wasn't there), it was cost effective, and the original quote was the final price (no supposedly necessary parts sold).

First time using bike hero, to do a service on my Trek FX hybrid bike that is overall in good condition, but had some gear indexing issues (and probably needed other parts replaced after 5 years).

I can happily fix myself common bike issues, like changing the inner tubes, tires, break pads, chain, cassette. However, indexing the rear gears is more challenging, as well as replacing the bottom bracket if required (need special tools) etc.

Excellent online communication before the collection, to clarify a few things (like whether they were going to fix the gear indexing issue as part of a regular service).

Collection was done on the agreed day. One hour timeslot estimate was provided at the start of the day, and the friendly person arrived on time.

While they had the bike, they advised on some parts to replace, and requested agreement online. The price charged for parts was reasonable, and labour was already included in the service paid.

Once bill was paid, a delivery day was scheduled online. Bike was delivered next day, and once again a one hour timeslot estimate was provided and respected.

Overall, very happy with the experience and service provided. Friendly people to deal with.

Considering also that bike was collected from home and delivered back, and the fact that additional labour cost is not charged when parts need to be replaced, the price is very reasonable for London.

I will surely tell my friends.

I’ve just had my Kona gravel bike serviced by Bike Hero. I went for the gold service. The team at Bike Hero have done a fantastic job. The parts required were spot on in my opinion. The collection and delivery service is a great feature and communication with the team was excellent. I will be using Bike Hero again.
