The team at bike hero are absolutely superb. We live in London and were struggling to find somewhere to service our large, Amladcykler bike. The team collected, serviced and returned the bike all in good time and the bike now runs like a dream. Highly recommend and will definitely be using bike hero for all of our future services.

Super happy with the service! I booked my bike for a service with free pick up and drop off included. My husband decided he would also like to add his bike with mine and this was not pre booked but at the time of pick up and this was no issue at all. It was very easy to add my husband's bike to the booking platform. Quick turnaround with the service and easy to agree a drop off time and date. Easy communication through their platform.

It was the first time I used you it’s so handy for someone to come and collect and pick up as I don’t drive and I’m busy. I’m always at work. I would recommend to anybody to come to you for repairs. I was very happy with my bike, it was worth the weight. I will come to you in the future if I have any more problems with my bike or I need to get it serviced I have told friends and family as well.

Tried these guys out for the first time.
Paid for the top whack e-bike service because I had extra things outside of a normal service to request.
Easy process... Messaged them via the app with extra notes and info and all taken care if. They kept me informed and was notified promptly on Collections/Deliveries which were my main concern... but all in all good smooth process and will now send my other bikes :)

I had a very sad bike that they picked up. They consulted me on repairs and what I wanted fixed, confimed the cost of the repairs, and returned a functional bike. Booking and returns system easy to use, staff friendly. Can't ask for much more, and I'll book again.

Everything went very smoothly. From booking my bikes in (at a reduced rate for the second bike) through collection, pricing and delivery. Efficiently dealt with throughout.

Great experience! My bike was picked up from my house and delivered back within around a week. My bike had a lot of replacements so was likely on the longer time period of returning.

Easy to book. Flexible when I had to change my booking. Bike came back on time all sorted for winter. Makes life so much easier. Thank you

Usual excellent service from Bike Hero. I lent my ebike to a friend for a country ride and unfortunately he came off and bent the Derailleur hanger. This caused the gear select to malfunction. Booked bike in online on Monday, collected Tuesday serviced and returned on Thursday. Total cost including pick and delivery £40. Bike working as new👍👏👏👏. Highly recommended.

First time I've used Bike Hero and would definitely do so again. Bike serviced, plus new cassette with a lower gear and a few other things. All now running quietly and smoothly. And done in three days although they had to order in a part. And the bike is so clean!
