Very poor customer service. My order never arrived. I received several emails from the company asking if I was happy with my toys, however when I responded to each email saying the toys hadn't arrived I had no reply. Very disappointed - Would not recommend.
Ordered through Amazon without realising bigjigtoys were the seller. Will now be carefully checking every Amazon order to ensure I avoid ordering from this seller again. Puzzles arrived in a completely damaged box and the seals had been cut. The outer packaging was completely fine meaning it was knowingly packaged this way. Very disappointing.
Needed to source a couple of parts for a toy. Customer service was excellent in replying to my enquiry. The required parts were sourced and order placed. Parts arrived quickly and post free. Very pleased.
Amazing range of goods and so many Nee Doh fidgets. After been scammed from cheapdisabilityaids my daughter was so disappointed that her birthday fidgets never came. But silver lining we found BigJigs Toys. We ordered 10 Nee Doh fidgets at a great price. We haven’t found any of these in the UK before. My daughter with Autism is a huge fidget fan. The pickers were even nice enough to select different ones when I ordered a couple of the same type. Shipped the very next morning with tracking and arrived the following day.
