Fantastic service from start to finis

I had a great experience with Babipur. I purchased some trousers for my little one, but they were slightly too small. The customer service was excellent. Anne, in particular, was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout. She kept me informed at every stage and made the whole process smooth and stress-free while arranging a replacement.

A lovely lady and an excellent company.

I would definitely recommend Babipur and will be purchasing again.

Great, trusted Company with excellent customer service

I’ve fallen in love with this company and the great brands they have sourced. I’ve had a few deliveries from them, one that included a small part that got broken in transit - their wonderful customer service team posted out a replacement same day. Great product selection. Great Customer service. Highly recommend and will be a loyal customer moving forwards.

Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a lovely Patagonia shirt for a great price, but unfortunately it was too big.

I had a very confusing delivery…

I had a very confusing delivery experience, but it was eventually resolved.

I placed my order at the beginning of February and did not receive any clear delivery updates. The tracking information provided did not work properly, and I was initially told by Babipur that the parcel was at a pickup point and given an address where it should be. However, when I went there, they could not find any parcel under my name or the tracking details.

I contacted GLS directly and was told they could not locate the parcel with the tracking number I had. On top of that, I received several SMS messages that appeared to be from GLS, but there are currently fake GLS scam messages circulating, which made the situation even more confusing.

After doing my own research, I was finally able to find the correct tracking number on the GLS website and contact them again. They then informed me that the parcel had been held because they did not have my phone number or email to notify me, and no note had been left in my mailbox.
The good news is that the parcel is now scheduled for delivery.

Customer service did respond to my emails, which I appreciate. However, I was sent to the wrong pickup address with incorrect tracking information, and I ultimately had to do all the work and investigate the situation myself to locate the parcel. This made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. The lack of accurate tracking information and missing contact details with the courier significantly complicated what should have been a simple delivery.

I would recommend ensuring that the recipient’s phone number and email are always included with international shipments to avoid similar issues in the future.

Don’t worry, I handled it myself and managed to find the correct tracking number. The one you weren’t able to provide.

I will now hope to receive the correct address information directly from GLS this time.

We are sorry about the poor delivery experience you've had on this occasion. GLS couriers are used across Europe and usually provide a good service but occasionally, as with all couriers, things can go wrong. We know it's super frustrating for you... and it is for us too!

Your order was despatched by us within a few hours of ordering, delivery was attempted 4 days after despatch (from the UK to Denmark) all of your emails and queries were answered promptly. The information provided by the couriers was passed onto you. Tracking information is sent at the time of despatch and your details were provided to the courier. You've mentioned spam messages from GLS making things difficult, this is outside of our control. You've mentioned that we don't provided contact information to couriers, this is incorrect and was explained by email. The pickup information was provided to us by GLS, we apologise if this was incorrect but it was not intentional.

We have checked through every step of this particular order to see if there is anything we could have done differently or anything we could have improved upon. We're confident we have provided a quick and efficient service, we have also reassured you that we will make sure you are looked after. We're always here for our customers, particularly when things don't go smoothly.

You've left two negative reviews here on Trustpilot. This is not a fair reflection of the service we have provided for you. We do hope you'll reconsider.

Brilliant Customer Service

The team went above and beyond with their customer service. They rectified my typo and a stock issue on the order, and ensured my gift arrived in time (the very next day!). I was very grateful. The little one loves the red pull “Ney Neys”. Thanks again :)

I bought a bow and arrow from babipur

I bought a bow and arrow from babipur. The traditional wooden bow (for my young son) was excellent but unfortunately seemed to have become warped. I contacted Anne from Babipur who had another sent out within a day along with a new set of arrows also. This one is perfect and I can thoroughly recommend the service and an excellent experience with Babipur. The quality of organic toys and clothes are excellent and I have informed my friends and family alike. I will shop here in the future. Thanks again, Mr Cairns

Amazing service.

Royal Mail decided to leave my package in the rain all day. The item was therefore damaged. Through no fault of their own BabiPur sent out another one immediately with no questioned asked. Amazing service! Thanks Anne!

Babipur are always quick to respond and helpful.

My children have grown up and have truly loved toys, games, drinks bottles, clothes we’ve bought from Babipur. it’s a joy to return to Babipur now we have a granddaughter. So many wonderful, ethically considerate and thoughtfully chosen products.
Deliveries are quick, really beautifully packaged but without thoughtless waste or plastic packaging and over the years the Babipur team have always been so helpful.

Absolutely excellent small business. A pleasure to shop with.
An easy way to shop ethically and eco friendly for toys, the home and more - they have done all the work of sourcing the best you can get and offer it at the best price compared to other similar shops.
Stocks a fabulous range of products for all ages.
Customer service is one of the best I have experienced - answer any questions with no fuss, updates orders at a last minute request and I'm also aware they have a good returns period.
Have a generous loyalty scheme which gives back the more you give them - with this in mind they have a great selection of honest real babipur customer reviews on alot if their products making it easier to judge what you would like to buy yourself.
Have a lovely hangout group in Facebook where you can access sneak peaks and discounts from the warehouse. You can even ask questions like can you compare the size of two cups and they come back with the info for all to see!

Sizes are not accurate are you pay to sort it out

I bought some clothes a size up from my daughter's age and they didn't fit at all even though. She is not big in the slightest in fact she is the shortest girl in her year but ended up having to go two sizes up. Only issue I have in the extra £10 I have now had to pay in postage to fix undersized clothes. The clothes are great just seriously check sizes before you order and if in doubt 2 different sizes to save on return and re postage fees

I love the range of products on Babipur, it's so hard to find ethical kids toys and clothes all in one place. Plus there is so much more! The customer service is also fantastic - everyone I spoke to was so kind and helpful. Will most definitely be shopping here again!

Best store for quality eco friendly products and customer service!

I've been shopping at Babipur since my little one was a few months old, I discovered them while trying to find eco friendly toys and organic clothing. They have the best quality selection for both and I've discovered so many excellent brands through this store. Recently I bought an outfit I had wanted for a long time in a hurry as I forgot to buy it earlier to get it in time for a photoshoot. I am not organised with my neurodiverse brain and did not notice that I had selected a delivery that would not get there in time but made a note to say that I was keen to get it before Monday. Luckily I did at least write that and they got in touch with me and swiftly helped me to get this all in time! On top of that they helped me with sizing because I chose a size I wasn't sure of either! Everything came in time and they were ever so lovely with taking care of my order. I seriously cannot recommend Babipur enough! My favourite store!
