Excellent, friendly customer service
Giles was very patient in waiting for us to sign the paperwork for our new storage unit (we kept changing the move-in date). He and his colleague Rachael were also very helpful when we eventually did move in - and the paperwork was completed effortlessly.

Blue Squirrel Maldon is well organised with easy access the storage units. We have dealt mainly with Rachel on reception who has been very helpful throughout making the whole process easy. Will use Blue Squirrel again should the need arise.

I've had my locker for nearly two years…
I've had my locker for nearly two years and my experience has been really good 👍. Communication has been good with information shared when for example there are issues with the lift or opening times. Over the two years I have managed to change my locker to meet my needs and staff have been very helpful in assisting with the transition process. The pricing is competitive and I would definitely recommend.

Great storage solution with friendly customer service team!
We’ve been renting a unit with Big Blue Squirrel Maldon for a few months now and are really impressed with the service. Rachel and Giles are both extremely helpful and polite, and always very friendly! They made the set up process very streamlined and stress free, at what was already a very stressful time for us, and went out of their way to help. We were also shown a range of unit sizes, based on the availability, to help us make our decision. We have been pleased with the security at the unit and the overall cleanliness, and we have recommended the service to friends and family.
