I dropped off a DHL return at the service point in West Thurrock and was really impressed with how fast it was processed. Was in and out in probably less than a minute.
I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me but he has brown hair, curly fringe and I thought he was cute lol. He was very polite and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. Definitely recommend Big Blue Squirrel for DHL returns for the efficiency alone.

I met someone named Damon who took the time to understand what I needed and showed me a unit that was spot on for what I needed. Unit was very clean and spacious. The facility is very secure and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff are also very friendly and I wanted to give a shout out to Damon in particular - he's a great guy , a big asset and a great face for this company. 💪🏿

Easy process to visit & see what size of unit is available. Booking unit process straightforward. 8 weeks half price but there is a large deposit but you get that back when you move back out. Friendly & helpful staff.

I was greeted by very helpful and professional staff. They sorted me out very quickly. The building looks well maintained and the evidence of cameras everywhere gives you a good feel of security. It is easy to find and access. The price was very fair and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage unit in the area.

Superb Customer Service
I used Blue Squirrel last year when I sold my property and needed somewhere close to my temporary accommodation in Chafford Hundred. My first contact was Damon who was very helpful and patient. He explained everything I needed to know and arranged a good deal for the duration of my stay with them. Coincidentally Damon was also on duty my last day of check out and made the process super smooth. Thanks very much for your help Damon, I will defo use Blue Squirrel in future if the need arise.

I have had a storage unit here for…
I have had a storage unit here for years now and honestly couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Especially as it's the only really secure place near my home in Chafford Hundred. They always keep me up to date with any changes such as holiday opening hours for instance. The team there are great too and will go the extra mile to help me out. If you live in the area and need somewhere to store your things then go to Big Blue Squirrel and look nowhere else. Very reasonably priced too.
