Took out the policy
Took out the policy, got an email saying 'Welcome - Here's Your Policy Information' But there was no policy number or info in the email, I couldn't log in to view documents without a policy number. No email address to contact them. Had to spend ages on the phone getting transfered though different departments. A lot of faff that could have been avoided

It took nearly one and a half hours to…
It took nearly one and a half hours to sort my insurance change, then I got an email to go to your website to see my documents. That'll be the day. I've tried over and over to get in to see my documents with no sorry wrong information user name and password, seconds after setting them up. Tried to find a way to report it and went round in circles on your menu system. Sent an email, but bank holiday weekend so no luck there then.
I have now received an apology and my documents by email, during the bank holiday. Great as I pick my bike up tomorrow. Thank you.

My renewal from Devitts was £230, I got it here for £82. Same cover fully comp for an old man (54) with full no claims on a vfr800fi.
I got to speak to someone here in about 3 minutes to verify something, I was on hold at Devitts for 45 minutes when I rang to cancel the auto renewal. Enough said right?
