Please don't buy from this brand

Please don't buy from this brand, they have a very irritating return policy. They do give a option to choose UPI or bank transfer but when you try to click it doesn't touch the option, other than the automatic bewakoof wallet. How can you trust bewakoof wallet, after receiving such a bad product and poor return policy. Delivery person came and couldn't been able to pick the return order as they didnt accept the product image. Sending wrong and cheap product by themselves and didn't accept at the time of return. Product doesn't seem as it is shown in the website. Showing high quality product with high price and sending such a cheap product quality, which is not worth the price. Please don't buy from here, you gonna waste your money🙏

Quality and Delivery issue

I have to return 1 shirt because of fitting issue and pick up person has not come only not even once. Simply, updating the status as customer not available. If you don't have proper delivery service just mention the item as non returnable and let customer decide.

I try to reach them, but only received reply from chatbot.
As per ChatBot reply, they initiated the Refund money on 26-June-2025, still money not credited to my Account.

Very poor customer care service

Very poor customer care service, it’s been one week I asked to change my contact no of order so that I can get OTP , but customer care service is not replying to emails and trouble tickets , very poor service.

I had ordered total 4 t shirts and…

I had ordered total 4 t shirts and liked only one of them placed return for all three.. they picked up two t shirts on two different days and said thrid one will be picked on 16 may.. it was picked up but I received a message saying it did not pass quality test.. I thought it was general issue or I might get a call from them I waited till last week of May.. that's when the series of email exchange started and after 4 days of email exchange they initiated return pickup again.. I explained them I did not have the product as the executive never returned it to me.. received a message three days later that the return pickup was rejected for quality issues... I don't understand what these startup think, they don't value customer time, money not even customer themselves.. hate it but lost hope to receive refund

I placed my first order with Bewakoof…

I placed my first order with Bewakoof for a custom T-shirt (Medium size) with my website branding. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

Although the T-shirt was labeled as “Medium,” it was far too large—more like a Large or even XL. The fit was completely off, making it unusable for the person I intended to gift it to. Additionally, the delivery was delayed beyond the timeline promised at the time of order.

I reached out to customer care, but despite multiple messages, they ultimately refused to provide a return or refund, stating there was no fault in their process. For a custom product with no flexibility in returns, better sizing accuracy and delivery reliability are basic expectations.

I had planned to place more bulk orders for branding purposes, but this experience has made me reconsider. Sharing this review in the hope that the team improves its quality control and customer service for future buyers.

There is absolutely nothing on the name…

There is absolutely nothing on the name of customer service... No way to contact them... You just hv to pay them, and accept whatever garbage they throw at you....
I ordered 3 tshirts for 999, the third one was some different shit, and that too defective,,,, now there is no way to contact them...
They are not even taking it back, saying product mismatch....

Please stay away..

Do not shop from Bewakoof

I had purchased a product from Bewakoof which for some reason, i could not return.
After multiple emails to Bewakoof ( there is no customer service number) there was no response, all I kept getting was send a snapshot of the issue.
On Instagram I tagged them and started getting replies on messages. I was asked to ship the product to them. It’s been more than a month and no refund d issued. It’s indeed a company which makes us Bewakoof! Don’t buy!!!

Did not receive refund

I returned 3 products but received refund for only 2 products it’s been a week I m trying to contact bewakoof customer care but there is no response they don’t even have a customer care number. Really need to improve customer handling services I m not gonna order anything from bewakoof anytime again in my life

Worst company ever. I ordered two tshirts and was only delivered one of them. When I complained they said they had sent both and blatantly lied. No refund nothing. Stay away from these jokers.

I placed an order on 18th May 2025 via…

I placed an order on 18th May 2025 via bewakoof for 3 T-shirts worth ₹999 (Order IDs: [70608385, 100663535, 100663536]). Payment was successful and I received order confirmation with an estimated delivery date of 22nd May.

However, the order was not delivered as promised. The delivery date kept changing—first to 23rd, then 24th, and now 25th May—but no package has arrived yet. No proper updates were provided via app, SMS, or email.

On 24th May, I received a WhatsApp message from ExpressBees with the delivery agent’s details (Harshit Gupta). I contacted him, and he initially promised delivery by evening, but failed to show up. I followed up again on 25th May, and he said the parcel might be delivered on 26th or 27th, with no guarantee. He then stopped responding to calls.

Bewakoof.com has no customer care number. Their only support is via email, where they reply with generic, delayed responses. Despite my request, they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund, even though the delay is on their part.

This has caused me mental stress, time loss, and frustration. I feel harassed and misled as a customer. I’m filing this complaint because:

1. The order was not delivered on time.

2. No reliable updates or communication.

3. No customer support number.

4. No refund or cancellation allowed despite fault.

5. Irresponsible delivery partner behavior.

I have recently ordered cargo pants…

I have recently ordered cargo pants from bewakoof and due to size issue had asked for rerun . The delivery partner without even checking the product had not picked up and has written quality issue . Even after sending multiple mails to the given mail id no one has responded . If a company is not responsible and does not heed to customer request then how can we trust its products . I personally did a mistake ordering from unprofessional company like yours .

This fraud company..i return the tshirt…

This fraud company..i return the tshirt and waiting for refund ..I have also upload the courier pickup photo on their app..but their app show return has been cancelled .but tshirt pickup completed..the bewakoof app has no customer care number..it has only computer based chat which always shows we revert in 24 hour but no revert comes from bewakoof company.. pickup has been done 1 week before but no refund has been comes to my account..

One of the worst online shopping…

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a product from Bewakoof that looked completely different from what was shown on their app. When I tried to return it, the delivery partner refused to take it back due to a QR code issue. I contacted support, got an automated ticket (which led to nothing), and was told someone would resolve it in 24 hours—it’s been over a week now with no proper action.

Today, even after the delivery person came again, their system STILL failed to accept the return. How does a brand operate without a functioning return process? The app keeps showing it’s pending on my side, which is a complete lie. No updates, no calls, no emails. Just pure negligence.

Pathetic customer support, broken return system, and zero accountability. Save yourself the stress—DO NOT order from this platform. They don’t care once they have your money.

Don’t order online from bewakoof as…

Don’t order online from bewakoof as their products are very low quality and with a very bad fitting. I ordered few T shirts worth amount 2500 and when I returned their product due to poor quality and fitting they returned my amount in their Wallet Account and not transferring to my card due to which you only have option to use those wallet amount to purchase from Bewakoof only. They don’t have customer care call support only chat bot support and when I m requesting them to refund my amount they are saying they don’t:
We understand that you are enquiring about the wallet amount transfer. Don't worry, we will assist you with this.

We regret to inform you that as per wallet policy, your wallet amount cannot be transferred to your bank account since you selected refund mode as the Bewakoof wallet.

Very bad as they forfeit your amount and will never return.
