We ordered 3 T-shirts 2 were not even looking as good and got 1 wrong which was the most pricey and did not even have a tag. We went for d return for all three as there were also size issues. So the delivery man comes to take return and he is not accepting to return because “supposively” the picture of the T-shirt for return is different.
They put QC fail and I raised two tickets and there has been no response it has been more that 1 day and their responce should be in 12 hrs.
Indeed their COMPANY’S name is correct “BEWAKOOF”.
I am very dissatisfied with d experience and the T-shirt look horrible and really bad when worn they look as night suits.

Pakkkkkka fraud . Full paid up playstore 5star review according to me . I ordered an item low quality so I return request it's been 1 month no pick up . Thanks god I only ordered one product and the loss of 469 rs instead of bundles of money.

I had ordered customozed t shirt from your website

1) Wrong products sent to me
With wrong sizes and wrong names printed on the t shirt
2)No reply from your side regarding query issues
3)Order ID is not seen anywhere while submitting query
4)Order number is given to us which is of no use
5)Cannot submit any query due to Some glitch in your website

Take all the t shirts back and give me back my money

Don't order here. They don't have any idea of the shipment is on way or not. The tracking numbers they provide doesn't work. Waste of time. Mainly they won't cancel or refund the order.

It is more than 17 days since I made a paid order but they haven't even shipped the order. When I raised issue, no replies are there and they are not even cancelling the order. Most pathetic customer service i have seen till now. Please don't order from bewakoof. They actually making people 'bewakoof'

The most cheating and false company i have ever experienced. Their “Easy Returns” are the biggest scam. No customer care number which is the first red flag. Who doesnt have one in 2025. The app gives error which raising a return request and ask to contact customer service on email. They dont reply for days together. I wish i had looked up about this company before ordering. I am stuck with 2 items that dont fit me as their sizes are all wrong.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Bewakoof. Their return policy is a total scam! They advertise "easy returns," but once you raise a request, they simply ignore it.

I raised multiple return requests for a defective product, and their customer support is completely unresponsive — no replies to emails, no help on chat, and no call support. They clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money.

Bewakoof does not honor its own return policy. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience!

I had purchased 3 tshirt out of that I wanted to return 2 tshirt...but no pickup was available sso i self ship the tshirt at the address mentioned on the app... however I got it return saying they have shifted their office also the self ship ticket doesn't go through always get a message of server reject ....now I m stuck with those hope others read this review and do not purchase from bewakoof

Real corrupted e-commerce, I have purchased on 23 march 2025 and it’s been more than one month still seeking for my refund. I have paid for self shipment too but these greedy people no shame atoll. Not reverting on mail customer support. Even their senior management also not reverting. They looted from me 2100 rupees including shipment amount. Even half of that amount was asked for wallet still not refunding. Don’t buy anything from this website.

I recently ordered 3 t shirts and a cargo pants..first of all they said products will be delivered in 3 days which it didnt.i have to follow up few times and all 4 products were delivered on differant dates.
Secondly I ordered large size pants and they delivered XL.I initiated the return and delivery guy came to pick up but cudnt pick as he said it's showing Large size pick up and item delivered is XL.
I chatted with customer service and they asked me to email the concern which was very frustrating. I did email them with pictures of wrong order delivered.
Than they got it picked up but initiated return on Bewakoof wallet.i got in touch with customer service and they said i chose the wallet refund to which I responded it was never asked to me which way I want return and requested them to initiated return to original form of payment to which they refused.
The customer service is very poor or I would say worst experience.
Don't buy there products..

I'm extremely disappointed with the handling of my order. It was placed on March 10th, yet it was returned to the warehouse on April 1st. This level of service is unacceptable. You and your courier provider have tested my patience to the limit, keeping me waiting and failing to deliver on the occasion that mattered. If this is the standard of operation, I question the viability of continuing business operations

I recently purchased three products from bewakoof.com on 1 April 2025 and then instantly cancelled them which cost me 1347rupees but on 3 April 2025 I received my refund of 1306rupees only and when I checked my gmail they made receipt of only 1306 but there is another gmail where I got the receipt of 1347 rupees. I the application they show the receipt of 1347 rupees. They charge hidden which you can't see.

Ordered six pieces of customized Full Hand Black T-Shirts got defective order when I contacted them through mail they responded within 6 Days where they were not in the motive to accept the mistake that was done by their internal team and the customer care is tremendously poor they are not capable of solving a problem of a reputed customer. This brand completely does scam. Bewakoof as per their name they are fraud. If someone is reading this kindly do not purchase anything from this brand they won't deliver what they promise. Thank you

I have ordered 2 product delivery date was for first product was 19 march and 20 march for other but waiting for delivery,there is no update on product n delivery even cannot speak to someone regarding delay

I ordered a t-shirt, but didn't like the product so decided to return it. First of all they showed that the pickup location is not serviceable inspite of being the same as the delivery location. So they sent me their self ship address where I shipped the product spending money out of my pocket but the parcel got returned because it was a wrong address. I didn't get my refund plus I lost money on courier. This company really SUCKS

Worst experience, they have worst quality and after returned they keep it in there wallet instead refund to my bank account.

Pathetic service, Extremely slow response & no resolution in 48 hours!!!!!

It’s my first and last time ordering from Bewakoof. I placed a prepaid order for a tshirt. Received a completely different item. It has been more than 10 days after the pickup and they have not issued a refund yet. They have stopped replying as well. It’s horrible that they don’t have a customer service number.
