They loot and scam you.

I placed an order for 6 shirts. I got only ONE WRONG shirt. And they are refusing to refund the rest of the money. They are scamsters. They loot hard earned money of the innocent customers stay away for this filthy brand.

This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve had so far.
I paid ₹2599 for a Men’s Teal Blue Oversized Puffer Jacket (XL) from Bewakoof. The tracking shows “delivered”, but I NEVER received the product. I checked with family, neighbours and security – nobody has it.

Instead of helping, customer care just hides behind “CCTV checked” and “inventory checked” and refuses refund or replacement. No proper Proof of Delivery (no clear address confirmation, no valid signature, no delivery photo) but they still expect the customer to suffer the loss.

So where is my money and my product? If delivery and inventory are “fine”, then who is accountable for my ₹2599?

This attitude is irresponsible and unsafe for customers. After this experience, I strongly DO NOT recommend Bewakoof. Think twice before placing any prepaid order here – if something goes wrong, they will simply blame “internal checks” and leave you with nothing.

Every time I order from this bewakoof site, my package gets delayed. Not once, not twice but each & everytime. They do not deliver the customers package in the right time & keep on delaying and moving the delivery date forward. Its quite frustrating.

I have my order picked up on 25 october 2025, and refund was initiated but I haven't received my refund till date, they said an email with link has been send to update my UPI ID but I haven't received any such email, now they resolved my issue without any refund, I have been sending emails continuously and they don't have any customer number and now they are not responding to my emails, this is the worst customer service I have received,they are just justifying their site name by making bewakoof of people.

They are running a scam on prepaid orders , I paid for 4 jeans and recieved one T shirt instead of 4 jeans . Struggling from last 20 days for refund .

They are cancelling the return request on their own and writing that I have cancelled the request .

DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR DISCOUNT OFFERS AND FLASHY INSTA ADS

Delivery delays, incorrect size deliveries and wtf policy plus zero helpfulness customer service. That's all I have to say 😭

I ordered four items from this site and paid for all of them, but it's been a month and I still haven't received anything. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding the order tracking, but they have not responded at all. They claim to provide good service, but in reality, they are a dishonest and unprofessional organization. I feel cheated and extremely frustrated with their lack of support.

Parcel arrived soaking wet and half open.

I placed 4 orders together i.e. Order# 71449624, 101623018 101623020 & 101623019.
I recieved Order# 71449624 & 101623018 but I have not yet received the Order# 101623020 & #101623019.

When I received the 2x orders, I thought the rest of the consignment would be shipped and delivered separately.
Later when I tried to reach out the chatbot responded they can't service the issue because it's past their timeline of 72 hrs after delivery. The reaching out via email also wasn't any good. Fradulent company.

on august 15 i placed a order and still it's in process
why we wait for more than one month and nobody take a response to get back to me.
So many times i raise the request but every time chat box comes and nothing is happened

Misleading communication and worst customer service experience.

I placed an order from Bewakoof.com over 2 weeks ago, and the product is still not delivered as of 15th September. The tracking has shown "Arrived in Ahmedabad on 9th September" with no further updates.

After multiple follow-ups, I finally received an email today (15th Sept) saying, “Please reply to this mail if you need more details.” At the exact same time, I received another email stating my query was closed due to no response within 1 day. This is clearly not true as both emails were sent together.

This kind of automated, contradictory messaging with no real human support is unacceptable. There is no clear escalation path, no delivery update, and no refund process in sight.

If you’re ordering a gift or time-sensitive item, avoid this platform. They’ve missed a birthday delivery, ignored follow-ups, and now closed the ticket falsely.

I expected far better from a brand like this. Deeply disappointed.

FRAUD ALERT! Just like their brand name suggests, they’re truly making people 'Bewakoof'. I recently placed an order through their app for 7 t-shirts and 1 jeans (Order IDs: 101245224, 101245221, 101245220, 101245219, 101245218, 101245217, 101245216), but shockingly, I only received the jeans. The invoice included all 8 items, and their system falsely marked everything as delivered. Despite multiple complaints, their final response was: 'After our investigation, we found no errors in our process or by our team. Based on all available information, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or return.' This is the level of arrogance they show while blatantly scamming customers. I’ve lost ₹4,000 to this fraud—and needless to say " I’ll never be buying from them again".

Don't buy from Bewakoof and become Bewakoof, Appears Bewakoof is absolute bewakoof and fraud, I ordered products based on the estimated date given by them which was well before my friends birthday. Now birthday is over and did not get the products till now making us bewakoof

I recently purchased this t-shirt and I’m quite disappointed with the quality. After just a couple of washes, the color started fading noticeably. The fabric feels cheap and the fitting is also not as described — it’s too loose in some areas , making it uncomfortable to wear. I expected much better for the price. Definitely not worth it and wouldn’t recommend

I had one of the worst experiences ever with Bewakoof, and I strongly advise everyone to think twice before ordering from them.

I placed an order with three products, requested returns and an exchange — and that’s when the nightmare started. Their delivery agent messed up my return and exchange pickup by taking the wrong product. I had to track it down myself and reschedule it. Even after multiple promises and rescheduled pickups, no one turned up on time, and I was left chasing them for weeks.

When the pickup finally happened after 3-4 emails, I kept receiving contradictory and copy-paste replies from their customer care, claiming the pickup never happened — even though I sent clear proof and screenshots multiple times. They asked for the same details over and over instead of resolving the issue.

To this day, I’m still waiting for my refund. They keep saying “wait 48 hours” every time I follow up — but nothing changes. There is no ownership, no accountability, no real support, and no respect for the customer’s time and money.

Even after sending 10+ emails, attaching screenshots of successful return product message from delivery agent repeatedly, and asking them to call me — they have not resolved this simple refund.

Bewakoof has wasted my time and tested my patience more than any shopping platform I have ever used. If they still don’t fix this, I will keep sharing my experience everywhere so that others don’t have to suffer the same careless service.

Bewakoof – please live up to your promises, fix your mess, and stop giving your customers unnecessary stress.

Just don't waste time.

Recently, I had a simple query about some of their products just listed in oversized fit and not regular fit. I used their proper email address to inquire about it, and they kept repeating the same response for me to first register and then they can help me better.

What nonsense, why would someone register a site when they cannot even answer a general enquiry and none of the products are listed in the fit that I want to purchase.

Feels like a spamming site, just good designs listed on and difficult customer care.

Abysmal Service and Incompetence: Avoid Bewakoof!

My experience with Bewakoof has been an absolute nightmare, perfectly showcasing a company that has completely failed its customers. I placed order 709***88 on July 10th, and despite two other simultaneous orders arriving without issue, this one was a complete disaster.

First, your courier partner, XPressBees, made no attempt whatsoever to deliver my parcel. It simply vanished, not even being returned to the warehouse. This is pure negligence.

But the problems don't stop there. My account's registered email, vivi********j*gmail.com, is non-existent. I've attempted multiple times to get this crucial detail updated to viv****2*gmail.com, and each time I've been met with staggering incompetence from your customer support. When I contacted them about the missing order, they had the audacity to demand I send an email from the non-existent address for security verification. This isn't security; it's a ridiculous roadblock designed to avoid resolving customer issues. I provided my phone number (99*****29) for verification, but they clearly ignored it.

The level of disorganization and lack of common sense displayed by Bewakoof's support team is truly breathtaking. They refuse to acknowledge that their own system is flawed and that a customer cannot magically send an email from an address that doesn't exist.

While Bewakoof's products might be appealing, their customer service and courier partners are so catastrophically bad that they actively deter repeat business. I will not be purchasing from Bewakoof again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if they expect even a basic level of competent service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company.
