I was sceptical at first, deposits were easy and in my balance within about 5 mins.

Now I'm verified withdrawals take minimum of 24 hours but not longer than 48 hours in my experience.

I opened an account and deposited.. it clearly states no deposit fees.. yet a fee was charged.. I looked into them and realised they don’t have a UK license so I spoke to live chat.. first question I asked was why did you charge a fee when it states no fee.. their response was they didn’t and it must be someone else charging the fee 😂.. my second question was to ask them was the registered to operate in the uk..they instantly blocked me and disabled my account within seconds.

They are operating illegally and visa/other card companies will look into them if you dispute the payment you made.

I hope everyone who views this disputes their payment because you have nothing to lose and a refund to gain.

Uk winner here… I was very sceptical at first and yes a lot of hoops to jump through seem to drag the whole process out. I can only speak on my personal experience but up to now I have put in more than I have won big on the two withdrawals I have made both have been paid out hopefully that’s continues the first problem I get is the last bit of money they get. I sort of see where some of the comments are right but like I said above I have to write this review on my experiences and so far so good. I hope other have the same experience and whilst mine is still good I will continue to use.

Recently they have confiscated my deposit. Their terms and conditions say they will only confiscate winnings IF THEY SUSPECT YOU OF AP/CHEATING ETC. None of these apply, simply got lucky and won, and now they have taken everything. Overall I am down money. Please contact me, and my attorney and I would gladly assist you. Please ONLY contact me if you have experienced them breaking their own rules ie. confiscating your deposits, blocking your accounts, or making groundless claims of AP or cheating. Losing is part of the game, so I cannot help you if you simply played and lost.

So I read the reviews left on here and was very sceptical and worried about payouts.
I have now used this casino over past week and I won £3000 I put in for a withdrawal and waited also won another £900 so put that through as a withdrawal aswell spoke to customer service about withdrawal times they replied within minutes and great news is within 24 hours I received both withdrawals in my account so not sure on these bad reviews.

Took multiple payments for 2 transactions so £40 in total got charged £43? Won £106 asked why i got charged extra said it wasn't there problem. Asked for alot of personal details to make the withdrawal come out. Once I refused they deleted my account and have ignored me. This is a copy paste casino so when it shuts down it gets put up again be warned this is a massive scam. Got scammed as well like others, i saw a FB add for Grosvenor Casinos Online, so i clicked it and installed the app, when you click it, it comes up as BETNINJA, it allowed to me to add £50 thinking ill get a bonus, i even played and won £26, once i left the app i cant get back in. COUNTRY BLOCKED!!! got scammed and lost £50 DOH!!!
