Crap customer service also biggest scam site ever. I made my first deposit and selected sign up bonus but told I hadn't so made second deposit and ensured I had selected the sign up bonus but again told no I hadn't. Customer service just said sorry nothing we can do. Also minimum withdrawal is £100 what a ridiculous and rubbish site.

Was very sceptical when I read the reviews but this site was brilliant for me.
Easy enough to verify yourself compared to other sites I have used.
Customer service was superb always replied on the live support.
Was mainly worried about the withdrawal due to reviews and they took 30 hours to process the withdrawal but once they had it was in my account within an hour.

Not incentivised to write this, not a regular gambler (ie online casinos are not generally familiar to me), and I found BetNinja through some online recommendations.

I approached with caution, as anyone would. I unexpectedly won big. This is the point at which a casino flops or flies, so I was excited to see if they live up to the positive reviews (amidst the negative).

Yes, you have to complete verification and upload your personal information and ID. This is normal because casinos are regulated. You can’t withdraw unless you’re verified. This can take a bit of time, but they move fast. I couldn’t identify what they were looking to evidence in one of the fields, but customer service told me what to upload, and it was all set.

When I was verified, I already had some queued withdrawals. Customer service actively reached out to me to advise of some detail changes they were making on my account (just as fyi) and told me how the withdrawals would be processed per T&C daily limits.

Because I had a bigger win, I can only withdraw it over the course of several days. I was told that every day a withdrawal of the daily limit would be processed. It’s been several days now and every day without fail my withdrawal is approved and minutes after the funds drop into my account.

I work in UX / product and I find the platform and interface to be smooth, intuitive and polished. Doesn’t feel like you’re playing some scammy offshore casino. It IS offshore, but it’s not a scam. They pay winnings but they are clearly big on compliance which means withdrawals are manually approved and reviewed. So, yes you will have to wait a bit on humans but if you know how regulated money-related things work, being diligent on both sides is beneficial for everyone.

In summary: great experience, genuine operation, excellent customer service, easy to understand T&Cs.

I’d be weary of excessive negative reviews as the casino DOES let you play before you undergo verification. So, as a user, be aware that to withdraw you will need to do this, you will need to be able to exercise some patience, and make sure you’re playing by the book (ie no dodgy sources of deposit funds, etc). If you won’t pass the equivalent of banking grade verification after you’ve spent a lot, yeah I’m sure you’ll be annoyed.

As with anything money related, read the terms and conditions. Know what system you’re playing in and you’ll be fine.

Great when they're taking your money but when you want to withdraw winnings, they want your photo ID, some kind of bill, a photo back and front of your bankcard and your bank statments. Absolute Scam... They simply make it difficult for you to be paid out . Once you make a arrangement for your winnings to be deposit into your bank they send you a email asking for several types of identification from passport to licence number ,more than a bank does for opening a bank account .

Won a substantial amount of money (5 figures) , took a few conversations to verify my account. Once it was verified I tried to withdraw money. Declined withdrawal with no explanations.
