Not the best selection of games out there. The bonus also doesn't seem to work or get added to your account, even though I followed it to a T. But the worst thing that they don't tell you is you need a minimum of £100 to withdraw your money!!

Wouldn't bother with this site the bonuses never come up in all the games so it's a waste of your money.

I deposited £180 and accepted a welcome bonus.

While playing, I placed several £300 spins before being informed via live chat that the maximum bet allowed during bonus play was £5. The system allowed these bets without warning.

After contacting support, I was told: “Please remember that a single bet must not exceed £5.” At no point during that chat was I told my bonus had been voided.

I immediately complied with the £5 limit.

The £300 bets resulted in overall losses. After complying with the £5 maximum stake, I went on to win £5,000 through fully compliant play.

All winnings were later confiscated on the basis that the balance derived from bets above the limit.

I requested a reasonable goodwill settlement given that:
• The large bets resulted in losses.
• I complied immediately once informed.
• The £5,000 was won from compliant play.

Betninja refused any review and stated the decision was final.

Players should be aware that even if you comply once informed, winnings may still be voided in full.

I have won a lot off money off these however a couple off times my deposit has been taken and I’ve had to go through live chat to get it deposited withdrawals take a day to go in the bank so it is not a bad site but I have been on better

Deposited 100 won 200. Withdrew 300. Read reviews was paranoid I wasn’t going to get paid. Uploaded verification docs before withdrawal. Accepted instantly. Livechatted to see when my withdrawal was getting processed on the Friday. They said maybe Saturday. Great site good customer service quick vertification and payout recommendation

I was a little nervous to use Betninja after reading the reviews on here, however it has genuinely been a great experience so far. Excellent site to use and navigate, whether it be the Sportsbook or Casino. I won a lot of money off the bonus, which did take a while to wager, but the money was then made withdrawable. The withdrawal process has been very easy once verified and would highly recommend after a week or so of using the site.
