Deposited a lot onto this site. Never once had a cash out. The games never bonus and when they do they pay max 10x. Don’t waste your money!

Scammers, take more money out of your account from different company names on your bank account. Only reply to messages when they want to and don’t accept responsibility and don’t care. Avoid!!!

Stay well well clear of these lot. They’re not regulated by the gambling commission, stupidly deposited 2 lots of £20 however the first transaction on my bank statement, they took £22.78 and the second they took £23.22, however only £20 was deposited into my account each time. No help from live chat as to where the other £6 went. Also the transactions were made to different companies.

BetNinja are very very dodgy, do not gamble with companies not licensed by the gambling commission, this is fraud. Do not gamble here. I expect all the positive reviews are fake.

Trust me when I say that I did have grave concerns for quite a while, after having read some of the negative reviews on here and having recently been effectively scammed' by another (to be made nameless) offshore betting site!

When having not heard anything in over the 24 hours processing time I'd been quoted, I was starting to become very nervous and cynical; fully expecting there to be a myriad of 'excuses' that I would be presented with for non-payment but I am fully prepared to eat humble pie as around 10 mins ago, I received my second glorious "Your withdrawal is approved" email in 2 days and when checking my bank am over the moon to see a stunningly healthy balance of £10K!!!!

I would now definitely wholeheartedly recommend Betninja to anyone who is looking for UK free restriction gaming!! The website is Uber slick and easy (and profitable for me it seems!!) and the support staff, as much as I did at times get highly frustrated with certain aspects of the KYC processes, were all incredibly courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

I deposited €150 and built my balance up to €3,157 by playing Blackjack with my own deposited money. When I requested a withdrawal, they confiscated all my winnings. Their excuse was a hidden "max bet of €5" rule tied to a pending bonus. The absolute worst part? Their software actively ALLOWS you to place larger bets. They intentionally do not block bets over €5, creating a deliberate trap so they can void your balance the moment you try to cash out.

After pushing back, I managed to get my initial €150 deposit refunded, but the €3,157 was stolen.

To top it off, 8 hours after they emailed me confirming my account was "closed," I could still log in perfectly fine.

Save yourself the frustration. They will gladly take your deposits, let you break hidden rules without warning, and use fake legal excuses to keep your money and your sensitive data. Stay far away.

Really bad site.

I withdrew cash i thought. But i needed to send some documents before anything would happen. I did and nothing happen. Support said it should take a few hours and no not true. I dont know if this has something to do with it but after i send those documents i got many phonecalls from numbers from countries i never have got any calls from before. Also i never get this many calls in a day. Anyway betninja SUCK. The site lags and is slow and crashes often.

The support SUCK. Rude people at the support. Takes long time until someone say something in the support chat. Often you get one message from someone and after that the person close the chat. So you have to start a new chat conversation and wait long time for someone to talk in chat.
Sending emails is pointless because they usually don't respond to emails.
Takes long time until something happen with your withdrawal if you are lucky. One person at support said within 24 hours and another said within 48 hours. Sure maybe if you lucky. And how lucky will you be at this site?

Would give 0 if I could. Deposited through bank transfer, yet 16 hours later they’ve still not received it. Customer service won’t respond to my messages yet recently active. I’ve sent all the necessary info over and nothing. Scam!
